"I purchased six tickets to a show for 5-12 year olds (JoJo Siwa). The tickets were $108 each. I understand the company needs to make money somehow and would have been happy to pay a reasonable service fee. The company claims to have shown an itemized total before purchase, but I do not recall one. My card was charged $846, $200 more than I was expecting. I emailed the sales office and, to their credit, they did respond quickly. However, I was told I had paid $24 in delivery fees (for downloaded tickets) and $174 (!!!!) in "service fees". I have never heard of such a thing. If you are looking for resale tickets, find them elsewhere. This is a company that exploits people who are looking for tickets to popular shows."
