I purchased tickets for a basketball game even though they could see I purchased the tickets and they were supposed to be transferred to me but the platform that they transferred to couldn't see anything on there end. Myself and my husband and 3 kids were stuck standing outside inthe rain and cold weather while they continued to tell me to be patient and wait on a solution after being on the phone with them twice totalling more than 2 hours, 20 min before the game started. The topping on the cake was that there were 3 other families in the same situation. Take my advice Don't ever buy from Vivid"

"Tried to make a ticket purchase today but your password reset for my account on the website was a TOTAL failure. When clicking on "Forgot Password" I was taken to a second page (ok so far) where you enter your email address for the reset process. After clicking the button to submit, received an error message about my account. There was no message indicating that a link was sent to my email address to start the reset process. Ultimately, an email did arrive but it took about an hour to show up.
Tried using your website chat. The person (name started with an 'X') supposed to be responding was clueless. I entered in the chat that I needed help changing my password to which he/she replied "How may I help you?" Are they so overworked with users that they can't even read the information you've provided. Strike two.
At this point I called in and had the good fortune to have Kyle Theil answer the call. Kyle took care of things as quickly and efficiently as possible and I was on my way with my gift tickets a few minutes later. Thanks Kyle!"

"On Friday 11/23/18, I decided to attend the Texas vs. Michigan St. game last minute at The Orleans arena in Las Vegas. I searched for tickets in the Vivid Seats app and found the seat I wanted. When trying to purchase the ticket I was told I needed to call their 855 number. I called and spoke with Monique, whom was very helpful and explained why I needed to call and helped me with my purchase. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Las Vegas Tickets with instructions to their office for ticket pick up. All in all I had a great experience with Vivid Seats and especially with Monique's assistance."
