"I recently purchased a ticket to a playoff baseball game from Vivid Seats. The total charge included $24 for UPS overnight delivery of the ticket - but Vivid then sent the ticket to me electronically, by email. Two emails to Vivid seeking a refund for the UPS charges elicited no response.
I finally called their customer service number (not so easy to find), and was told that I will be refunded most of this charge. Fingers crossed...
But really, Vivid didn't know in advance the ticket would be delivered by email?? I find this difficult to believe, and it feels like a fee scam. Be careful, and follow-up."

"The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I had found my event and purchase... when I had some questions, so I called the help line. This is when everything went from good to great. There was no wait time, and when I was connected to Johnny, he was very polite, very quick, and very friendly. He finished my registration and my order, and was so detailed and direct, even with follow-up. If I have need for tickets again soon, this will be my first visit.
I do wish I had known that Vivid Seats had sent me an e-mail with a 15% discount prior to visiting the site, as my recommendation came from a co-worker. With how much I spent that discount would have been very helpful...

"#VIVIDSEATS www.vividseats.com made it intentionally confusing to access the tickets that we bought through them for a performance of Aladdin in New Orleans. This process wasted 20 minutes or our time. We missed the first 15 minutes of the show. we ended up buying another set of tickets in order to go see the show. Over the past 12 hours we have called VIVIDSEATS 8 times in order to get threw to a customer service agent and get our money back. In the end they only offered us a 1/5th of the original price that we paid for the VIVIDSEATS tickets. I have now called my credit card company and am disputing the charge.
VIVID SEATS is obviously a predatory company and NOBODY should trust them. I will be reposting this warning on Apple STORE and sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau."
