5 vs 10 percent

"I looked online for tickets and then had a question so called customer service number. My agent was very helpful and offered me 5 percent off to purchase the tickets over the phone. I asked if he could do better than 5 % and he said he could not. I purchased the tickets and saved $30.00, 2 minutes later I receive an email with a 10% off promo code if I purchase online. I wish I would have waited a few minutes now and received email with promo and purchased online now. Website should be more consistent on offers."

Needed Ranger Tickets

"I wanted NY Ranger tickets for my son and wife's birdies. I went on the web site , found the tickets but they were going be sent by UPS . However I'm in the process of moving and needed to get them another way. I called Vivid and spoke with Adam who not only was able to email me the tickets but found better seat for a few dollars less. It was a excellent and seamless process and Adam was great. I will definitely bt using Vivid again"

Rolling with the Tide with Angel by our Side

"Angel was professional, kept his promise and answered all my questions on the front end to make the acceptance on the backend what I expected to date. Once tickets are in hand then offer, acceptance, and my consideration will be complete for Homecoming with the Tide. Unrelated to Angel, the VividSeats customer service response to my request for assistance to update my password for ease of access to my account was unsuccessful. Again unrelated to Angel's efforts. Went out of their way!!

"I had the pleasure of calling in and speaking to Monique. I needed assistance in picking seats and combining several orders and she was able to help me perfectly. I felt so bad because everything was taking me so long and she was extremely patient and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience.
