"I accidentally purchased 3 tickets for an event for Oct. 27th and it is currently Oct. 14th. I called right after clicking submit and I was not allowed to return the tickets and purchase the 4 because the person sent me the request for the 3 when they did not have to be transferred until Oct. 25th. Then on top of it there were 2 more tickets for the same row left in sequential order and I was unable to just buy one so i had to pay for 2 and I didn't get a discount or anything! I will never purchase tickets from here again! They are not helpful and a rip off!!"

"I brought tickets for a concert and when I got there I wasn’t able to use my tickets I contacted Vivid seat three times and they told me they would send me an email with a DOA form never received the form I called back within three days and I spoke to a Senior operator and she was no help at all she told me the tickets were never downloaded which was a lie because when I took them over to the main box office and they tried to scan them they told me they were invalid. Vivid Seat ripped me off for $235 it will be the last time!"
