"I have used Vivid with success in the past (I believe three or four times). The one time I needed help? Vivid failed. If the person that has listed the seat did not properly transfer the seats, Vivid's customer support is one of the least helpful I have ever come in contact. I invested over 5 hours on the phone and chat with Vivid, Boston Red Sox and MLB.com to get help. Even after following the directions of Vivid's customer support to the T, I was told it was my issue, even after saying the app is throwing an 'error forwarding tickets'. Tried via the Web browser - 'tickets have already been claimed'. I got the runaround three times - both via Chat and Phone. I gave Vivid the opportunity to help me simply get my tickets multiple times - but according to Vivid - it was me, not them. Not a single suggestion of 'let's help you get in the door'. 30 minutes before game time, they told me they would try to ask the seller to resend the email and then the chat person abruptly ended the chat - leaving me without tickets. They called me a week after the issue (when I requested a refund) and said I should have taken a screen shot to corroborate my story (I should have known better and done that without them asking...darnit!) and would offer a 25% refund - in the form of a credit...to use them again...which is the reason why I won't be using them again. "

I also appreciated the assistance from Customer Service in applying a discount. We also liked the better representation of the views from the different seat options found on VividSeats compared to some of the other sites. The only complaint we had was not being able to see which seats we are getting prior to placing the order, but in this case...the specific location of the seats we wanted and the customer service led us to buy through VividSeats.
