"My daughter, her friends and another parent were leaving for Canada the day I was trying to print out tickets (TODAY 9-21-18). I thought the tickets went to someone else's email since I never received a confirmation of payment. I learned the day before the concert (by calling Vivid Seats) that my bank cancelled the transaction. No clue why it was canceled. My bank always stops payment due to possible fraud. Sometimes they notify me via text and others I get nothing. The person who ordered the tickets with my card provided my wrong email address. So I never got the cancellation. A hotel and van were reserved to take everyone to Canada. I was so worried that the girls and one guy would not get to see BTS in concert. I was immediately transferred to Justin. He quickly found two different sets of 6 tickets. He recommended one set which was cheaper than what we originally "paid" and was a few sections and rows closer. I am eternally grateful for him and his quick thinking and exceptional service. He saved the day for everyone to still enjoy the concert they have been waiting on for months.
