"I purchased tickets over 2 weeks ago and had to call customer service 10 times when they weren't delivered on time. I got multiple lies and rudeness. I finally got my tickets about 2 hours before the game, missed all the tailgating and events outside the stadium. They tried to blame the venue and the NFL when in fact it was on them for not having reliable sellers. I called the venue directly after Vivid Seats blamed them for the delay in getting my mobile tickets. As soon as I called them out on that lie I magically got my tickets. I paid over 400$ and was supposed to get them Friday 9/7/2018 and I got them Sunday 9/9/2018 I spent over 7 hours on the phone with Vivid seats in a 2 and a half day period trying to get my tickets and it should have never been this way, they should have given me different tickets when the seller did not delivery the tickets when they indicated they would. I had days worth of stress and had to travel hours from my home for an event that I was not sure I would even be able to attend. Save yourself the headache and go else where for tickets. This company has poor business practices."
"My mother purchased tickets through Vivid for my wife without my wife's knowledge. Unfortunately, my wife can not make the show. She tried calling back the next day to ask for reimbursement, but they will only give her a credit on her account. My 80 year old mother was trying to do something nice, but now is out the money. You would think there would be some sort of reimbursement plan if something like this would happen, but the company won't budge. Worst experience speaking with customer service. The company will reimburse the money if the concert doesn't happen, so what is the difference. Seems to be all about the money and not helping the customer. "
