Great customer service, rough price add ons

"Had issues on the website so I called and spoke to Erica. She was an absolute pleasure and got me taken care of in no time!

Note for future, because of the seemingly waayyyy to high 'Service' fees, I will probably avoid using Vivid if possible for future purchases. I understand making $$ but just adding way to much now. Would be great if tickets were a bit more affordable through vivid.

Worst experience

"Prior to my purchase I requested the agent specific information on vaccination requirements for the venue, She stated that she looked into the venue requirements and I was given the wrong and misleading information to make the purchase.
I am requesting a refund and they state that since the conversation is not recorded, they are not granting me the refund unless the event is cancelled.
Do not buy from this company, It is best to go directly through the venue or ticket master.

A1 Customer Support

"Purchased a gift card online with one credit card, and was able to apply it towards Tix Total, and then use a different card to pay the remaining balance. I was nervous something might go wrong with such a task, and with so much money on the line. However, Sammy, the rep who handled my call, walked me through each step, patiently explained the entire process very thoroughly, and answered every question I had with the utmost professionalism. I'm very excited to go to My first NHL Playoff game (GO AVS!) and wouldn't have made the purchase if there was any doubt in my mind. The call was handled with care and I appreciate the deliberate courteousness.

I recommend Vivid, and have used them in the past.

P.s. egiftcard was delivered to my email inbox immediately, and there was no additional or hidden fees for utilizing two payment methods.
