"We purchased tickets the minute they became available because this artist is my husbands absolute favorite. We were willing to pay over $500 to see him. My husband was recently paralyzed so I made sure we had ADA seats. A month later, they tell us the seats we paid for a month ago are no longer available and try to offer us two other non-ADA seats. When I explained the situation, the customer service rep was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is very frustrating and she was unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue. She also refused to allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. "
"I don't have seats. I bought 3 tickets and was told unless otherwise specified the seats were together, and then come to find out when I called to add a ticket to my order, they can't confirm that. Who buys 4 tickets, knowing they won't be together? I had to call twice, and message to get my email changed for the order, I had to contact multiple times to get it done because it kept not getting done. I had to do a completely different order to add a ticket, and she said "you can talk to people in the row to see if you can switch seats" she said, telling me she was looking at the row and the seats. I still don't have tickets, and am still not sure I will, because the date it gives me is 2 DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW. I have purchased tickets to shows many times in my life, and I never will be purchasing with vivid seats again. "

Lies, multiple broken promises on delivery date of tix, tickets issued literally 1 hour before drive to venue, and ISSUED ME TICKETS WORSE THAN I PAID FOR!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! FRAUD!!!! NO TIME TO FIX IT - ON PURPOSE?!?!?!
I bought 2x $600ea seats ($1500 with fees), was told in writing multiple times I was to be in Section CCC, Row 1-22 (front rows, right of stage).
Very last minute (literally) they slammed me with BBB Row 12 which were $300 seats. I waited 2 years for this show, and they screwed me systematically. I was supposed to have my tix 4 days in advance, not 45 minutes before the show started. These A holes claim to have Senior Support Reps, who are nothing but overseas robotic script bots who just repeat policy over and over (using authoritative tone with finality), in hopes you just hang up and accept their bad faith dealings, like getting ripped off and given worse SEATS than you paid for, AND were told you would get in writing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - UNETHICAL
Refused to transfer to Manager or Supervisor, even under threat of legal action, they don't give two F*&$@s about you, and will actually bait and switch, which is ILLEGAL - but they claim their policy allows for it. SCUM BAGS!!!!!!! Seriously considering legal action for defrauding customers, it looks like a class action suit might be needed from others who are reporting similar experience."
"The salesperson (Carlos) said he can sell me 4 tickets seated together. He intentionally lied just to make the sale, knowing the tickets are not together. And the tickets dont show up for download till the next day, so there’s no way to catch the fact they are intentionally lying to you until after the fact. I don’t recommend buying from vivid seats, unless you’re buying only 1 ticket. Even then, May not be the seat you thought you paid for. They had the nerve to send me a customer service review link. "
