"I wanted to take my girlfriend to see Santana in Charleston. She is claustrophobic and must have an end seat. After seeing the seats numbers weren't available on the vividseats website I decided to call the toll free number and see if I could speak with someone. Chris Y. answered the phone, listened carefully and then drilled into the system trying to accommodate my request. After several minutes he said there was no way to guarantee an end seat. My heart sank. Then he found a section on the floor that only has six seats in the row! This would virtually guaranty we'd be on one end or the other of the row. I immediately completed the purchase. This gives me faith that real people can still provide real answers to complicated requests in real time. THANK YOU AGAIN, CHRIS Y., AND VIVIDSEATS!

"I wanted to purchase two tickets to the Robert Plant and Alison Krauss concert at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Aug 18th. The representative who helped me was very kind, helpful, and patient. I ended this transaction with the understanding that if my boyfriend, who is coming with me to the concert but is currently on a speaking tour in Spain, won't be happy with the tickets that I could exchange tickets or get a full refund. Representative assured me that she would work with me and proceeded to make sure I'd call her directly at her extension # 4130. Her name is Ashley P. My experience so far at this point was very satisfactory, in fact, highly impressive.
I proceeded to forward confirmation of my ticket order to my boyfriend in Spain. He thought the tickets were overpriced and asked me to cancel order. Immediately I tried to contact Ashley at extension number given me but nobody could direct me to her. I was told no such Ashley worked there and extension 4130 doesn't exist. This was all very alarming to me.
I then went to the email that Ashley sent me and replied with my experience after I talked to her. I asked her to confirm accuracy of the telephone number she gave me, so I can talk to her again. I haven't gotten a response from Ashley at this point. In the meantime, in order to protect myself, I called to block my credit card from any future charges.
Because of this experience, I do not plan to do business with Vivid Seats ever again. I don't have confidence in your honesty and integrity. Please cancel my ticket order because your representative negotiated with me in bad faith.

I’m so glad I called vivid and spoke with Christopher as he was able to really help me understand the best options and as a result I purchased the tickets on the spot. "I spoke with meagan and loved my experience. When speaking over the phone many questions about seat options where cleared and I was able to get a promo off. Representatives are very friendly and the overall experience was nice. make sure to ask about the fees though as it was pricey but the tickets where cheaper so overall the total was less than all other options I looked at. Can’t wait to mosh at Slipknot 2022!!! "
"I ordered tickets for a gift for someone and simply got the event and the artist wrong. I called back within less than two hours (with no tracking number) to try and get them to cancel the tickets as soon as possible so the seller could simply relist.
Instead of helping me, they pushed me to an answering service. Then, after a lengthy online live chat with a representative who immediately told me to 'Google it' and resell my tickets, I was told there was no possible way even within reasonable time frame to have the seller contacted so they could just void this transaction before shipping as if nothing had ever happened. They are forcing these tickets on me and it's really disheartening and really silly.
Figure out a policy of cancellation before shipment like most other ticket vendors have or don't do this at all. Now I am stuck with tickets that I am being forced to resell ( I can't even resell them through Vivid Seats by the way - they refuse) and hopefully reconcile the cash when I'm sure quick contact with the ticket seller would have been met with a reasonable human being who would have been ok with a refund and been done with this within a small window of time.
I should have stuck to StubHub or Ticketmaster. Big mistake trying this vendor."

"I couldn't get my password properly set up on my account when I bought my ticket. I called your office I was told that there was a glitch they were working on and that I should call the next day. I called the next day and I still couldn't get my password straightened out. I ended up having to deal with another organization (I forget who that was). They fixed my problem. This took about an hour and a half over those two days. Like I told the people on the phone “All I wanted to do was get a ticket to the Las Vegas Aces WNBA sporting event”."
