"I purchased the tickets a few hours before I was informed we needed another seat. I called and added the additional seat, but no guarantee the seat will be next to us. The concert is not until October and I purchased the seats in August. Seems that is soon enough for the 3 seats to all be together. Plus the fact that the additional seat was $40 more just hours later than I purchase the original 2 seats. I am hoping that the government does something about the fees these ticket companies charge. Totally ridiculous. I sure hope we have 3 seats together, no seat numbers provided. All same row and section. Fingers crossed. "

"We purchased tickets to Wrigley Field while on vacation and when we got to our seats we were right smack behind a huge pole. Literally right behind the pole. You couldn’t see anything. The stadium should NOT even be allowed to sell these seats. We reached out to Vivid Seats with pictures of our seats and the huge pole blocking the entire infield and after they did their investigation they stated that they reached out o Wrigley Field and they confirmed there is no obstructed view. Are you kidding? There is nothing but obstruction. Beware that vivid seats doesn’t care about customers… all they care about is that they got their money. "
