"I purchased the Official Fan Experience Package for a football game. I receive my summary and it only lists tickets. (I paid much more for these tickets due to supposedly having a package.) So I call Ticketmaster who says that I only purchased tickets. I call Vivid Seats who says that I got the official fan experience package. I explain that I do not see it on my receipt summary nor does it give directions how to access the package. The rep tells me that, once I use the tickets to get into the venue, people will know to direct us. Uh...no. We will be driving hundreds of miles. This is a birthday present surprise. The rep cannot escalate my concern. Nor can he tell me how I know that I have the package. He cannot update the summary. He cannot connect me with anyone else. I'm in tears! No one can call me back either. So now what am I to do? Call my CC company to cancel the order? Not what I wish at all. I'm giving it 24 hours. If I do not get a call with information to verify that I am getting what I paid for AND information regarding how to access it, this order WILL be contested with my cc company. Oh, the seats are very good. However, I could have paid about 50% less for regular tickets in as good of a location."
