"First of all, let me start by saying that when I placed my ordered online, I used my vehicle's VIN# to make sure I was ordering the right components. When I received my Items on 12/3/18, two of items did not fit my vehicle. I went back to their website and found out that even if you enter you VIN# when searching for a part, you still have to verify that the items is for your vehicle. Why the heck would a website allow customers to search parts by VIN#s, just to be presented with parts that may not fit their vehicle. On 12/5/18 I submitted a return request for the wrong items but as of today 12/10/18 have not received a reply that it's OK to return the items. I have left 2 messages on their ***-***-**** number because I can't never seem to find a live person to talk to, but have not heard back from them. This company does have good prices on what they sell, but check and double check that what you are ordering will fit your vehicle."

"Purchased front and rear mats for our S60. Ordered online and they arrived in 4 days. I was not able to track the shipment, but was patient. Difficult to locate exact mats on the site itself (unsure about the descriptions including the color), but contacted sales via email and they replied back promptly with what I needed. I was told to ignore the image brought up on the site. Mats fit great! I had assumed rear tunnel mat was single unit that connected both the left and right sides with tunnel piece over the floor hump, however the tunnel is a small thinner single mat that rides over the center hump, and the two separate floor mats (come as set of four for front and rear) for left and right sides. Wish that were clarified better online, but I think the mats will serve their purpose fine. Thanks for the great service!
