"I ordered the wrong part. It happens sometimes and that is my bad. I was disappointed when I tried to return it and was told they would not accept a return because it was an electrical part and they had no way of knowing if it had been used. I told the representative that it wasn't used, still in the box. Only the label that was taping the box closed was cut so I could open the box. The part didn't even come in clear sealed packaging otherwise I would have realized it was the wrong part as soon as I saw it and not broken the seal. I offered to send pictures to prove that it was obviously unused but the representative declined the pictures and kept reciting their policy.
I get that I ordered the wrong part and they have their policy but I hoped we could come to some resolution. Their prices seem slightly better than FCP Euro but I've ordered and returned a lot of parts with FCP and they've always been great to work with. Its worth the extra couple bucks, free shipping, and lifelong guarantee.
Did they totally screw me over? No, they delivered what they promised and stuck to their policy. Did they do the absolute minimum to help a customer? Unfortunately, yeah. There are simply better companies to work with."

"While I was in the process of purchasing a used Volvo S60 my partner ordered the mats that were missing from the car as a surprise for me. According to the item description he purchased the correct mats. He didn’t have access to the vin so he wasn’t able to provide that information during checkout. The mats arrived and the back two didn’t fit. I emailed asking how to resolve this and they were unhelpful from the very beginning. They made it very clear that it was a mistake on the purchasers part for not putting in the vin number, which I understand, but they don’t have a system in place where you HAVE to include the vin, the order can be processed without. They then tell me I need to ship the items back in their original package In order to process the exchange. At this point they didn’t provide detailed information and the correspondence was sloppy and unprofessional. I asked more questions to clarify this exchange process and kept just getting bits of information replied back, but they did manage to every time state that the reason the order was wrong was because we didn’t provide the vin. I am not upset because of the mistake that was made on our part but on the lack of professionalism and courtesy provided throughout the process. They are obviously not customer centric so like many others who have made similar reviews I will just find another site that can provide me with the parts I need and the service that expect. "
"DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! I gave very specific information about my XC 90, missing only the VIN number. Somehow, the cargo mat I ordered fit perfectly with this information, but the cargo cover was too wide. Nobody called me with any questions about my order prior to shipping. Many slow responses on both sides ( I received 1 email, not 4 as they claim) over several weeks led to the process taking over 60 days, (71) which I am told is their limit for returns and EXCHANGES. I am 11 days past their ridiculous 60 day exchange policy, after I called 2 times last week, both of which were ignored. I am not sure why any auto part company would have any limit under a year and not make an exchange on an unused part. Horrible customer service, and no admission that they did anything wrong. They put 100% of the blame on me, the (former) customer. Their offer....I buy another cargo cover and they would ship it for free...whoa, don't break your back helping a customer. My new Volvo part store is volvoaccessories.us."

I had to cancel and then resubmit the order. I would only do business with them if there were no other choice. "
