I don't know if they promise same-day shipping, but my experience has been that they always ship immediately.

"I had to cancel my order and will not EVER buy tires from Vulcan tire based on my experience with them. I will be dealing with the tire rack again from now on. I am an ASE certified master tech with 20 years of experience and currently own my own shop specializing in repair and restoration of imported cars. Last year I purchased over $5000 worth of tires from various supliers, mostly the Tire Rack and have been very happy with their service. I thought I would try Vulcan, seeing as how the Tire Rack doesn't sell Falkens. Obviously you don't want to sell tires. I've had a customer's car tied up at my shop for over a week now after I promised him his car based on your websites estimated deliver time. I gave 2 phone numbers that they could have called to actually tell me that they wouldn't ship the tires because they were different. They could have said that they wouldn't ship them in their 1st e-mail. Instead they leave me hanging for a week after e-mailing me that they don't recommend the tire combination I'm buying without once saying that because of that they won't ship my tires. Their customer service rep shouldn't be the one to dictate what tire I can put on a car! I guess if I really want Falkens I'll get them from Discount tire or Towne fair tire.

"Foremost, my Falken ZE-912 (HP) 195/60R15 88H four tires were ordered on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. The ease in ordering was fool proof and like the instructions said order before noon and they will arrive the next day. Now that's service for you. Mighty good service I would say. Vulcan lived up to their ad. You can't no more but to keep up the excelleant job! Installed tires on Wednesday; four tires look great and ride well. It rained in our city and the tires performed excelleant..a smooth ride...little or no noise..traction very good. Would recommend not only the tires to family and friends but Vulcan Tire too..They live up what they advertise and deliver!"

"I had just replaced all four tires on the family car when my daughter blew the back rear tire turning too sharply into a curb.
The single tire I needed was not available at local retail stores so I tried Vulcan Tire. (brand = Falken).
I found the exact tire needed and paid on-line the same night.
I was surprised to see that the tire arrived UPS within three days. I paid on the internet and received my tire quickly, same day had it installed at Pep Boys for no-charge ;-)

"The two tire sensors were packed in a small white envelope which they rattled loose of and were bouncing around in the box which they were shipment in. For tire sensors which cost over $40 each, I expect at least a padded envelope or you could have taped the small white envelope to plastic air bag padding inside the box so they would not bounce around unprotected during shipping. Other than that, shipment tracking and arrival was very good. Besides the minor packing problem, I would rate them very good for fast response to questions and quick delivery."
