"I ordered my product via UPS Next Day Air 10 days ago, and still have not received the order. Vulcan Tire claims the order was not delivered due to "inclement weather" despite that fact that the inclement weather did not occut until AFTER the Next Day Air order should have been delivered. Despite that fact that I had no problem managing the roads in my vehicle, and the roads have been completely clear for over 1 week. I am now disputing the order with my credit card company. "

"I am very satisfied with the service I recieved through Vulcan Tire.
I was unable to find a source for the Z-Chains here in Seattle and my car can only use them or something more expensive. The price was also a factor, they were less than anywhere else and that is great.
Even though the we were all impacted by the December storms, they notified me and gave me the option of cancelling the order. I chose to keep the oder intact because I often take people to doctor appointments and if it snows again I'll need the chains anyway.
Once I-5 was open the chains were here quickly.

"Ordered a set of cable chains on Dec 26th, got prompt order confirmation e-mail and shipping notification e-mail, they arrived Jan 5th. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size chains. Their website says the best way to contact them is e-mail, and they will do their best to respond in under 8 business hours. Well, it took them 2 days to respond by e-mail. They did sent a replacement set of chains which finally arrived Jan 15th, 20 days after my initial order. I did not get a shipping confirmation e-mail for the replacement chains or the tracking number I requested. They finally got the order right, but it took a long time and customer service did not give timely response. To be fair, maybe they are overwhelmed by customers this winter, but if so, they shouldn't promise under 8 hours to reply to e-mails."
