"Rubbish.
I ordered a monitor from them on the 9th of March and selected the free 7-10 days delivery option. I was told to expect my delivery before the 25th.
Seeing how my order was still awaiting fulfillment 2 days before the 25th, I contacted them to see what was happening. I was told that my order would be delayed until the 28th. Well, now it's the 29th and my order is not even shipped.
My last 2 attempts at contacting them failed.
Utter rubbish.
Don't waste your time and money, it's not worth it."

The date today is 4.4.12 and your letter was sent on 18.3.12. The item was ordered Sunday 18.3.12 and amended on 20.3.12. So that's 15 days without receiving the item I have paid for."
"Absolutely god awful. Ok granted I got a good price. But I sent an email to check if my payment was cleared, they were quick to respond about money. When it comes to tracking my item, call hotline doesn't work, always get the same high volume message which doesn't put you on a waiting list. I should expect my item in 5 days. 5 days later nothing. 10 days later nothing. Please use the quick response form. Used it twice and nothing"
"Ordered an HP switch over 1 week ago. Showed as in stock. Money taken, went for 3 day delivery which I paid extra for.
No sign of product, no contact and no response to 2 chasing emails and no phones being answered.
What a complete shambles. They don't deserve to be called a trading Company with service like this.
DO NOT USE these people unless you have no desire to get what you've paid for!"
"Terrible - I would never have used them if I had realised how slow my order would be and how terrible the service. I saved a few pounds but my order is now too late for what I wanted and is now likely to arrive when I am out of the country!
My order was 7-10 days, their web site said dispatched, then when I queried why it wasn't received it went to 'item allocated' I chased a number of times through their web site as it is impossible to get through on the phone. I requested a refund and now my item says 'dispatch' and I received an email with the same message. I tried to call but my call was cut off as all their customer service agents are busy!! "
"Ordered some gear on 21st March, it was due to be shipped on 26th/27th, but surprise, surprise, on 27th, after a total of 20 abortive calls to customer support and over 10 ignored e-mails, the status of the order went from awaiting fulfilment to stocking issues, just like everybody else. This despite the stock status being more than healthy when I placed the order. The money was taken from my account by WAE+ on 26th March, so I consider this to be totally fraudulent and will take every step to recover my money.
I have cancelled the order via the website, but had no acknowledgement from WAE+. Therefore I have requested that my bank initiate VISA chargeback procedures, to attempt to recover my money, and will be contacting both the Police and Birmingham Trading Standards who it will come as no surprise know this company very well...
I will also be contacting Google as this company came up during a Google shopping search."
"WAE+ is an absolute disgrace. I paid extra fees for delivery within 3-5 working days. When I paid for my order their web site displayed a delivery date that was 7-10 working days. As I was concerned at this I then tracked my order on their web site and it displayed a delivery date of 1st September 1970. I telephoned their customer services to request when the item would be delivered and they were unhelpful and just plain rude. I subsequently received a response to an email I wrote complaining about their customer service and they replied assuring me that the item would be delivered within 3-5 working days. Of course this didn't happen and I received no response from an email I sent on day 5 telling them that the item should have been delivered. Dealing with this company has been one of the most distasteful experiences I have ever experienced from online shopping. I know they will not care about this but I will never purchase anything from them ever again and I advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to think again. Absolutely appalling "Customer service". I have now received an email informing me that the item has been dispatched. The email is addressed to "Dear ()". They have no idea how to treat customers whatsoever and clearly do not value them in any way. I have requested that the extra delivery charge that I paid be refunded to my credit card. I await to see whether this actually happens. The low cost of the product was not worth it for the service. I would have preferred to have paid more to a professional company that lives up to their promises."
"I was drawn to them through their low costs and some good feed back. I can't really rate or slate the company at present as I'm still awaiting delivery of my item, which was listed as in stock and ordered last Sunday night and paid extra for the 3-5 day delivery.
As I had not heard anything from the company or recieved my printer I tried to call to find out what was happening. I was unsucessful at being able to speak to someone. I then sent a email which was replied to very quickly, they said there was a delay and I would receive my goods on Monday (to day nothing so far but it is only just after mid day ) they also said they would refund the postage I had paid.
I understand sometimes things don't go to plan :( I am a little disappointed as I did need the printer before now as I needed to do some photos for a gift for a birthday today hence why I opted to pay extra for the quick delivery.
So ill just have to see if they stick to their promise. If they do I would probably use them again but if I am let down and have no delivery today I wouldn't recommend or use them as I like reliability and honesty. I'm more than happy in the first instance to be contacted and informed there's a problem and kept informed rather than having to chase them afterall is that not just good customer service??
I really hope I have just been un Lucky this time and this is not their standard service.
I would like to acknowledge WAE's appology and can confirm pritnter has arrived today :) is all set up and working well.
I Will USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RCCOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS BUT ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR DELIVERY. THAT'S THE ONLY DOWNFALL I HAVE. EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN PROMPT AND USEFUL. THE PRODUCT SEEMS GREAT TOO EASY TO INSTALL AND GREAT PHOTOS. NOW A HAPPY CUSTOMER as long as postage gets refunded as promised which I'm sure it will."
"The site has some of the lowest prices in the online market, even cheaper than eBay sometimes. The site is easy to navigate and has real time features like order status, order calcellations etc. The customer service was excellent to deal with. Some might have a slight nag about the postage times, but can't expect more when it's free delivery.
Will refer and recomend my friends to WAE.."

"I placed an order for a Logitech MX Performance Mouse [£65, roughly] on Wednesday 7th March. The money left my account on Friday 9th March.
Since the money had left my account I asked to confirm whether it had been shipped or not. My reply was so impersonal it was frankly rude; the content of which could have been written by an automaton. The wonderful service was delivered by someone called Darren. Upon being pushed for an actual answer to my question [rather than he previous tactic of copying some text from the website regarding the delivery option chosen], he lied about when he expected I would receive the goods. The day he had expected my goods to arrive the order status [on my account] suddenly declared “Stocking Issues”, which I find baffling since they'd had so long to establish whether they had sufficient stock to satisfy my order. Upon requesting him to clarify the situation he simply ignored me. This was 5 days ago; he ignored my message yesterday too.
Since they are so reluctant to respond to me I am concerned they will not honour the order, despite having taken my money.
0/10 for service
0/10 for communication
0/10 for customer service
10/10 for raising my blood pressure to dangerous levels
Ps. Before you respond to this.... I know I asked for the 7-10 working day delivery service [which now makes it officially late], that does not excuse taking my money when you had no stock of the item.... and still don't have stock of the item.

"I ordered and item because they said it was in stock in their warehouse. I also paid extra to get this delivered between 3-5 days. I chased this order on the 3rd day with this order is waiting fulfilment, I tried to call no one answered so I sent and email at 9am (no respose). 11am I phoned to chase what is going on their reply was we are having issues with their supplier!! What this item was meant to be in stock that is why I ordered it them. I have told them I need it confirmed that I will be expecting delivery on Friday or Monday next week. If not they can stick their order. NEVER USE AGAIN!!"
"The item I wanted was showing in stock at a good price so I ordered it on the 10/3/12. On the 15/3/12 I still had not received the item or any correspondence so I checked their website and the item was showing up as "stocking issues" ie out of stock so i decided to cancel.
I contacted them by email on the 15/3/12 to cancel my order and I immediately received this reply.
"We have received your query.
A customer service representative will contact you shortly".
It is now the 20/3/12 and still no one has contacted me to cancel the order and refund me.
Not a fair way to treat their customers and run a business.

Several phonecalls with 'Customer Services' (not that I'd call it customer service) I was assured of a final, absolute latest day for delivery.... that has now passed with nothing delivered!
Take no notice of whether something is listed as 'in stock' and don't be fooled by the rubbish customer services will tell you to convince you not to cancel your order.
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere."
"This company is a terrible company to purchase from i have put an order through to them just under three weeks ago and im stll awaiting delivery where they state they only dispatched 4 days ago. Dont even get me started on customer service because as far as i can see there is none what so ever as i have contacted them 3 times and have still to get a response from them.
