"Ordered 19th march. Indicated plenty of stock. Had confirmation of order. They took my money.... Quickly Now they seem to be dragging their feet. Took the free delivery option so expected a bit of a wait. Now the 8th of April. Just sent them a chasing email as getting a bit cheesed off with the lack of detail about the order status which seems to have changed to awaiting shipment but I have a distinct feeling they are going to not fulfill this order. Just seen on my order that the item is now officially late and they apologise but no explanation why or when it will arrive. Just seems utter chaos based on other feedback. Never any reply on the phone. I await a response but fear one will never arrive. Will give them until end of week before attempting a refund via visa and trading standards if need be. If they get my order to me I will update this. "
"I placed an order for a Samsung Monitor which according to the WAE+ website was 'In Stock'. In fact it stated that they had several in stock. I also paid extra for their 'Express Delivery Service' HA!
WAE+ debited my card for the full amount instantly. After three days and no Monitor delivery, I checked my account on the website, only to find that my order was still being processed. I rang their customer sales line, and was assured that it had been despatched,’we haven't had time to update the website yet...' A few more days went by and still no monitor, and by now the only phone number they display, is constantly '...busy with other customers...' I'm getting no replies to my emails either.
I cancelled the order and demanded a refund, and now two weeks later, I have still not received my money back. Why does our government allow companies like this to get away with what is basically theft? They advertise goods which they do not have in their possession. They charge, and take money from our accounts for goods they do not have in their possession, and then keep our money for as long as they can make excuses for not immediately refunding us etc, etc. The directors of WAE + , and companies like them, should be charged and tried in court as thieves.
Personally, I think the company is displaying all the classic signs imminent collapse.

"I ordered a Wacom graphics tablet (of which there were 10 in stock) on the 26th march with the 3-5 day postage at an extra cost of £5.95.
The confirmation email they sent me explained the the item would be delivered on the 2nd of April.
I have received no further updates of my order and the only information on their website is that my order is "awaiting fulfillment".
The delivery date has come and gone, the money was taken out of my account the day of the purchase but still no item!!!
I phoned customer support on several different occasions only to be greeted with an automated message claiming there was a high number of calls.
I have tried the quick response form on their website... still no reply.
I am extremely disappointed that I have not yet received my item and I find the "customer promise" on their website a complete joke. It is unbelievable that a company with customer service as awful as this can have have anything good to say about themselves.
Very frustrated!
UPDATE
I actually received a call from WAE+ on the 10th April after sending numerous emails and phoning several times. I was told my item had to be ordered from their European warehouse and it would be with me by the 13th and that my postage would be refunded.
My item arrived on Monday 16th April 3 weeks after ordering and was delivered by two dodgy looking blokes in a scruffy hire van.
I am very pleased with my item but have not yet received any refund on delivery cost as promised. I will not be using WAE+ again, unless coma is induced, despite competitive prices."
"Poor service if you can get them on the phone - We ordered a Kodak Printer and D-Link router from these people on the 22nd March for 3 -5 day delivery, Items showing as in stock....
We then find out that the items were not in stock when the money was taken and We later found out were coming from abroad instead.... they have finally arrived today 5th April.
Will NEVER order from these again!!! I could have ordered from E-Buyer for an extra £15 and had delivery the next day...."
"Well wish i had looked over reviews about this site, i placed my order on the 19th of march , free delievery 7-10 days,really it should of been here on the 31st of march at the latest, i have complained many of times mabye upto 10 times with the so calles FAST RESPONSE , not fast what so ever i have not recieved any correspondence to my complaint , i am getting know where , they were quick enough to take the money. "I ordered a Kenwood car radio on 13th March. Free 10 working day delivery meant it should have been delivered by 28th March. I contacted them on Friday 30th March and received a response on Tuesday 3rd April advising me it would be delivered the following day, which it was. I am well pleased with the product and price, and WAE+ did respond to my email chaser so I did not need to phone them. So overall I am satisfied with the service I received, although delivery was on the slow side. Plus it didn't do my blood pressure any good when I only found all these adverse reviews after placing the order!"
"Contrary to a lot of people who seem to be moaning about deliveries before they are actually due on here, I ordered mine on free delivery and it turned up on fourth day. They are easily the cheapest and even if I paid for next day delivery they still would be cheap. Order confirmation email received within minutes and dispatch email sent too. Great service"

"The order for a Sony Camcorder was placed on 26 February 2012 and was cancelled on 6 March 2012. On this day I received a phone call from WAE+ confirming that the refund of the GBP 260 went trough and shall be credited to my credit card within the next few days.
On 19th March I was eventually lucky to reach somebody at WAE+ and it was said that the refund did not go through due to technical problems but will be processed once again. On 20 March 2012 I received an email reply in response to my online query from the 15/3/2012 and it also suggested that I shall be receiving the refund within 2-3 working days.
As I was still waiting for the refund on the 27 March 2012 I sent them another online query through their website asking WAE+ for the refund and giving them a final deadline of seven days. But as of today I have neither received the refund nor a reply. I will now proceed with legal action against WAE+.
update: A couple of hours after I have posted this review, I received an email notification from WAE+ that the order status for the item has changed to "refunded" and the full amount was indeed credited to my credit card account two days later.

"I ordered razer nostromo with wae plus. It should arrive in the next 5 days however I know that it will most likely fail due to the 'unfulfilled' order category it is under. Due to them planning cheep delivery cost I won't recieve the order on time (5 days have already passed). They will then be in breach of contract and I will have to get my money back... This will likely be difficult as their customer support appears to non-existent.
I strongly expect to be told (as other reviews have mentioned) that the product is not in stock as advised on the website. This is technically false advertising and is illegal in the uk. Maybe I will recieve a response via this website as no email or phone calls have been responded to.
I rated product price as 1 star as if you don't recieve a product then it's not worth the cost. Will update review once further details are confirmed from supplier.

"Ordered my camera on 20th March, it's now 9pm on 3rd of April and still no camera. Query where it is and apparently it's another 5 days away!! By my reckoning that's almost three weeks and still no camera. Wonder if it will come at ll. not the best buying experience. Customer service line permanently busy so you can only make contact by email. At this rate can't see me using WAE+ again."
