"My Husbands birthday was coming up and I wanted to get him something I knew he would enjoy. So I got him a big screen TV. I am a pretty savy shopper and I always do a lot of research to get the best deal. Little did I know that WAE+, where I have been buying office supplies for awhile now, also sold TV's and other electronics. I have always had great customer service form this company, the dozen or so times I have used them for office supplies. So I did not hesitate to buy other products from them. It has been easy to contact them on the phone and they always are willing to help. What I really like is the free delivery and the fact that it got here before they said it would. Overall I have been very happy with my relationship with this company. They have always been good to me. My Husband was also very happy with his birthday present."
"I ordered a camera from WAE+ on the 31st march, Was on the free delivery as i didn't need it too soon, But it was due to arrive between 15-17th april, Came to the 20th april, Still no sign of my camera, I emailed them early morning, Had no response, I am going to give it till tuesday coming (Saturday now) and then i will be getting in touch with trading standards and seeking legal advice."
"
This was the first time I bought from WAE+ and I'm 100% sure the last time as well.
They lied for me every time.
The price is cheap, but the customer service is ridiculous.
I think if I not have been used the ResellerRatings.com, I would never get answer for my problems.
But finally after a lot of procedure I got my speakers.
-----
I bought a speakers from WAE+ at 1st Apr 2012 with 10 - 12 working days delivery. Now it's 20/04/2012 and I still haven't recieved my item. I tried to contact them, but there isn't any answer. Now I'm trying to get back my money with solicitor.
I can't write comment, so that's why I edit it.
I was at home and was waiting for my speakers. Nobody delivered it for me. I see the status is shipped, but it's not true or you delivered it for a wrong address. I already tried to contact with your costumer service but I don't get any respond.
You don't do anything just try to escapes from the true answer!!!
You should answer my email, and send me the tracking number and the contact details of the delivery company!!
--------
I've got answer from bPost, who say the tracking number is not valid.
I contact with my lawyer, because this is the only way to get back my money.
--------
It's start to be very strange. I've rechecked the web address, and I see it:
24-04-2012 03:20:52 BE Parcel is routed
24-04-2012 03:07:03 BE Parcel is handled
24-04-2012 03:06:59 BE Parcel is accepted
23-04-2012 17:06:41 Parcel is announced / bpost received the information
I bought my speaker 1st Apr 2012. You told me it's shipped 18th Apr 2012 11:36:35.
WHY THE bPost TRACE IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT DATE???
It shows routed on 24-04-2012 03:20:52!!!
So what does it mean???

"I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating and unsatisfactory I found my experience with WAE+. Their standard of communication is execrable, and their customer service is impersonal and under-resourced.
I ordered a camcorder from WAE+ on the basis that their website said they had 7 in stock. After choosing the free delivery option (because I was not in a hurry for it), I waited two weeks until contacting them to get an estimated delivery date or a tracking number.
It was only at this stage that I discovered that not only did they have no stock of the camcorder, they had no prospect of getting them into stock, and that they could not supply me with one within a reasonable timescale. At the time of writing, their website says they now have 8 in stock. This is obviously untrue.
I asked for a refund two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the refund. They have a legal obligation to refund my money within 30 days, but if they have any interest in keeping any sort of reputation, they should refund money to customers they have let down immediately. It is a common courtesy, and one of the main reasons I would never consider using them again.
I am not sure if WAE+ intend to respond to this review or not, but if you do please bear these three points in mind:
1. You claim to hold stock when you do not, and I regard that as fundamentally dishonest.
2. You do not communicate with your customers adequately: when there is a delivery problem with an item, the onus lies with the supplier to communicate that to the customer. This you did not do.
3. You still have my money after nearly a month, and I have received neither the goods nor a refund. I regard that as little short of theft.
Your reply to this review needs to address these three substantive points. If your reply does not address what you intend to do about these issues, then I and everyone reading this review will have to assume that this is just the way you do business."
"I ordered a media player from WAE+ with free delivery. After two weeks it had not arrived, so I emailed them to find out if there was a problem. Eventually I got a reply saying that the product wasn't in stock, even though their website had said it was in stock when I ordered it and they had charged my credit card at the time.
I then phoned them to get a refund and after being put on hold for ages at 20p per minute, was told that they would be able to get the product from another supplier, and would receive my delivery three days later. I was assured by the agent that she would personally phone me the next morning to confirm delivery. Two days later and no phone call, and I have to contact them again myself, only to be told that they won't be able to get it after all.
I was then told that a refund had been issued and would take "2-3 days" to clear. But it's now over two weeks later--and over a month since I originally ordered--and I still don't have my money back, which I need urgently.
I have since read many similar complaints about WAE+ claiming on their website that a product is in stock, charging customers' credit cards and then waiting for them to get in touch weeks later when the item, which was never actually in stock, doesn't arrive. Bear this in mind if you're thinking about ordering from them. I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from WAE+.
EDIT: I finally received a cheque in the post, dated over 5 weeks after I paid, with no letter or explanation. I am not confident that it will clear. AVOID this company. As many others have written here, WAE+ are deliberately advertising products as in stock when they KNOW they don't have them, then keeping our money for over a month (presumably to pay off debts, as there doesn't seem to be any other explanation). Their phone line now tells you that the only way to contact them is by email, but all emails are ignored. I would be suspicious of any of the positive reviews that pop up here to compensate for the overwhelmingly negative ones. Do not give WAE+ an interest-free loan by "buying" one of their "products"."
"DO NOT BUY from this company. The prices are low but the delivery and customer service is very poor. I purchased a Panasonic sound bar from them, good price but the subwoofer went missing. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone, you will have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes, staff are pleasant but do not call back when they say and their so called quick response email NEVER appears to be answered. The subwoofer was finally delivered, although not when requested, but a cable was missing (not WAE's fault). I have now phoned 5 times and not been able to speak to anyone and have emailed 4 times with no response. Not impressed. WAE, please sort your customer service out, it is probably the worst of any company I have ever used.
20/04/2012 - As an update to your comment regarding the delivery, it was ordered on 19th April and despatched on 27th April, so bit of a delay really but we obviously see things a little differently. "
"A complete waste of space. Don't go there!!
I placed an order nearly three weeks ago on their 'free' 10-12 working days delivery basis for an item that was apparently in-stock. The delivery deadline has now passed but at long last I got a mixed message email reply to my numerous unanswered emails advising that the item is out of stock but reordered, imposing a further five day delay. Phone their premium line Customer Service number and you are just left hanging on, and on, and on. Never did get to speak to anyone. Their 'Customer Promise' must be a complete joke! An expensive and time consuming mistake. They took my credit card payment on day one but still no delivery or delivery due date. Could have bought the same item for just a few pounds more from my regular supplier but thought that I would give these people a try. Won't be making that mistake again.
20th April
Your Rep's reply suggested that the item was shipped a day late.
It is now a further week on (almost 4 weeks since the item was ordered) and still no sign of delivery. In fact the order status hasn't changed for the last two weeks still showing "Items Allocated". Your "local Call" number is billed to me at 20p / minutewhich makes calling and holding-on expensive. Is anyone there, if so why doesn't anyone ever answer or even reply to the numerous emails sent to your so called 'quick response' requesting a delivery date? or is this the only forum where a reply might be obtained? "
"Avoid at all costs! these people are professional liars and nothing short of shysters, I ordered a camera on 26/03 and here we are 11/04 with nothing but lies and a constantly busy telephone. I set the phone at my work to dial out to them every minute for 7 hours and every call was welcomed with the "all our customer service agents are busy message." This must be the busiest customer service dept in the world!! I received one email from one of their paid liars assuring me that my camera would be delivered 11/04 and extra shipping charges refunded. Guess what??? Latest posting on their site is, "awaiting customer response" What the heck does that mean?
I think the next step is to set up a charge back against them, I will be interested to see how long they play that one out and if I ever do receive my camera or my hard earned 65 quid!"
"I ordered a turntable from WAE+ as they were the cheapest I could find. I'd paid for the fastest delivery which stated 3-5 days and the website showed there were 9 in stock.
11 days later I'd had no turntable delivered. I called the number on the site and the line went dead. This happened each time I tried. I then cancelled the order online which is now showing up as cancelled but I still have no refund after another week! There's now a voice message on the phone number saying use the website but I just get generic reply's to my online messages.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced online and they appear to have stolen £140 from me."
"I placed an order with WAE+ on the 31st. (£100 car head unit with 3-5 day postage)
I checked back a few days after to my amazement the status was still awaiting fulfillment and was no longer available to buy on the website, i decieded to Google what that actually meant and i stumbled across this and many other websites saying that WAE+ are scammers and fraudsters!
Much to my worry i instantly cancled my order and contacted my credit card company!
I went down to halfords and bought the same head unit for £30 more but at least it was from a reputable company!
Two days after cancelling my order (and not receiving any email/telephone conformation i checked there website to see that the status had now changed to shipped!
Frustrated i tried to contact them via email + telephone but no answer (sigh)
So yesterday, a whole 11 days after first finding WAE+ a lady pulled up in a ratty ford puma and asked me to sign for this order! i was stunned to see that a high value item was just rattling around in the back of a random persons vehicle!
Needless to say i headed back to Halfords this morning and got a refund on the head unit i received from WAE+.
PS, THANKS FOR THE FREE HARIBO. ALTHOUGH IT DIDN'T REMOVE THE BITTER TASTE LEFT FROM DEALING WITH YOUR COMPANY."
"WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
Ordered 24th of March the item was in stock, day or 2 later they took the money out
I contacted them a week later thru email asking if my item had been sent cos it said ''Awaiting Fulfillment'' they said it should be there at latest 10th of April.......next day i check my order status it says ''stocking issues'' funny how on there website it still says the item is in stock
Since then they havent once replied to any emails i sent em or can you ever get thru on the number they tell you to ring
Today is the 11th of April its still not here and its looking very unlikely i will ever get my item or money back from them so im gonna contact trading standards, my bank, visa etc to see if i can get my money back somehow
"
"THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY AS WEAREELECTRICALS.COM!!!
I am busy going through a really nasty refund process with them after cancelling an order. Even if I hadn't cancelled the order, they would have not delivered it since the delivery date was yesterday.
I've done a WhoIs on both public domains and it is registered to the very same company. If I had known, I would never have handed over my money.
Their website is incredibly misleading - it indicates they have products in stock which they clearly don't have, and on top of that there's a phone number on it which makes you hold for a couple of minutes, and then just plays an automated message saying that the Customer Reps are all busy and to instead use their "Fast Contact" option on their website. There's nothing fast about that contact method either. They have taken 4 working days to return my first request for a refund.
As for WAE+'s response after my initial post:
Firstly, let me say that if you provided the same level of service to my requests on your own site, prior to posting this review, you wouldn't have had negative feedback.
Secondly, you are the same company - your WHOIS domain registration information says so. That is unless you misrepresented that company by impersonating them at the time of registration, which is a breach of Nominet terms and conditions. You are thus also tied to the same set of directors.
My order was estimated for delivery between the 8th and the 10th. Today is the 11th in case you hadn't noticed, and shorty before your response, my order was still at the "Awaiting Fulfillment" stage. Anyway that's besides the point, since I requested cancellation on the 4th. You only got back to me this morning.
Until this review saw the light of day you took 4 working days to reply, and all of a sudden your replies are within hours. Interesting how that works, isn't it? If it was that fast during the cancellation process, this review would have been positive.

"I have to agree with the many poor reviews below. I ordered a monitor on 19th March which was apparently in stock. I paid extra for 3 to 5 day delivery. Guess what? Its now 9th April and still no monitor! All i get from "customer services" is that their couriers have had problems with the delivery address and that they will sort it out. They said this 3 times now and they havent sorted out diddly squat! I mean its not rocket science - type my postcode into a satnav and it will lead you straight here! My delivery address is even my work address which is a major public building in the centre of a large city so they really ought to be able to find it! In any case they appear to be lying about this as the order status on the website has remained on "items allocated" and not as "dispatched" so i think they havent even sent it. Terrible company and shocking service. "
"Avoid these jokers like the plague. I should have done some online research before I placed my order and the alarm bells would of rung very loud!
I placed an order with them which I cancelled the following day and I received acknowledgement from them. They then shipped the order 5 days after I had cancelled.
As this was what I now deemed to be unsolicited goods, I informed them that I would be refusing to accept delivery and it would be returned to them by the courier and requested that they refund my payment. After over 30 days they have still not refunded my payment.
They are now saying I did not cancel the order(despite me having email evidence to the contrary)and they expect me to pay the shipping costs for their mistake!
I have sent them a copy of email cancellation and their acknowledgement, but unsurprisingly they have not replied.
If anyone from WAE+ is reading this then you have one more chance to redeem yourselves or the matter is for the attention of Trading Standards, my bank and solicitors.
I you do respond on here, please write the truth and not lies.
"
"i order 2 items on the 26th of march and i decided that i was to pay an extra £5.95 on one of the 2 items for 3 to 5 day delivery due to the low price of the product,
its been 12 days now and theirs been no sign of the items i ordered :( i am very disappointed about this and not happy that i paid for faster delivery and its late...(what a waste of money)
and what makes it worse is that i ordered other items from a different site which said it would take up to 2 weeks and i got the items in 4 days
