Ordered a Panasonic Soundbar Kit just over 2 weeks ago with the 3-5 day euro delivery service for £5.95
The speakers arrived within 3 working days, but not the Subwoofer.
After eventually getting through to a customer support representative and emailing several times, I was told it would arrive the following week!
We are now into the 3rd week and still nothing.
I appreciate there might be underlying issues with their couriers, but this isn't an acceptable service, especially in this economic environment.
I echo the majority of the comments here. Cheap prices but the delivery and customer support services leave a lot to be desired."

"I really wish I had read reviews on WAE+ before I placed an order with them; I certainly would have thought otherwise. My order was for an item, which was in stock, and to ensure it was delivered by the date I required, I opted to pay £5.95 extra for the 3 – 5 business day delivery. I watched the order sitting in a status of “Awaiting Fulfilment” as the last day it should have been delivered came and went. I eventually, and it took quite a number of attempts, spoke to someone on the phone and was told that they couldn’t get hold of despatch to find out what the delay was but would phone me later that afternoon with the answer. That phone call was never made.
I have tried again to get hold of them by phone but to no avail. I sent an email to their “fast response team” in the morning around 10:30am and heard nothing back all day. It is quite amazing that in the current climate a company dares to try and get away with such appalling customer service. However, I'm not so sure this company worries too much about such things. I urge you all do a Google search on "We Are Electricals" and look at the first few pages of links. What you will discover within these links is that the directors of We Are Electricals Ltd are also directors of WAE+ (it's in the name). You will find numerous reported issues with both companies when it comes to receiving goods or giving refunds.

You're probably looking at WAE+ because of the low prices they offer which is well and good, but whether you will actually receive the goods or a refund does seem questionable. I certainly wish I had been a bit more thorough when I was making my purchase.
It's clear there is a major problem with this company. Their trading practices are highly dubious at best.
I see that WAE+ are pretty quick at responding to negative reviews posted on this public site. I wonder if I will get a satisfactory response; something I'm unable to get by phone or email?"

"I bought a fairly expensive item from the wae website that was showing 9 items in stock, after hearing nothing for a week so I emailed them which was ignored, I then emailed again a few days later and tried to phone but just met a recorded message, I got through in the end and was told that my item would be a further 2 weeks !! Needless to say I cancelled my order, I wonder how long they will take to refund my payment??

Nearly a month since I placed the order and three weeks since I was told my card would be refunded and still no refund!!"
"It seems like I am more likely to get a decent reply through writing a review here than through their internal email system. I spent nearly £400 on an item on March 7th, selecting the free 7-10 day delivery option. Once my money had been taken out and I could view my order, apparently my delivery date was between the 16th and 21st of March. On the 20th my item was still 'awaiting fulfillment', so I was obviously concerned and emailed them. ONLY THEN did they decide to tell me that my actual delivery date would be 26th-28th March. My order was then Item Allocated, however looking at it today it has gone back to Awaiting Fulfillment. The item was in stock when I ordered. I needed the product for an event days ago, I feel completely let down by Wae+. Awaiting another reply from them, I would call but I don't want to waste any more money. Not a company worth trusting your money or your time with.
UPDATE: After 3 failed attempts at contacting them about my order I eventually cancelled it and am awaiting my refund (which they warned me might take 30days!) WORST company I have ever dealt with, do not use! Disgusting service."

"I recently ordered a 570GTX GPU from WAE+ being fractionally cheaper than elsewhere and given the option of a 3-5 working day delivery for an additional £5.95.
Unfortunately, I soon found that getting any sort of cusomer service from this company was tougher than it should be. My parcel had no sign of dispatch the day before the latest agreed time of delivery. It took 3 messages before I finally got a single response, apologising for the delay, and assuring the delivery would be arriving before the friday after the agreed delivery date, by the latest. When they were going to tell me this information who knows?
It is now Saturday and 3 further messages later sent yesterday, during their very minimal 9-5 mon to fri customer service hours, no response, not even a message or status update to apologise for further delay or even another later delivery date.
Obviously being mug enough for this long I have cancelled my order, as it has been so long I can get the same item elsewhere for cheaper! Needless to say I have not heard any response about that either.
I ordered an item on wednesday from Pricelover.com being the cheapest price, got free 2-3 day delivery, it arrived within 24hrs the next morning!! I thought it was the graphics card in dissbelief at first, but no such joy. What chance does WAE+ have with this kind of service and competition elsewhere, it's only a matter of time before everyone else finds out for themselves I suppose.
Overall a massive waste of my time and huge frustrating disappointment - and I am still out of pocket!"
"Ordered a BOSCH Electric Lawnmower from them as the price was looking great. It is now 10 working days since my order and 12 days overall, even though we paid for the fast delivery within 3-5 days. The item is still showing as Items Allocated on the order.
Generally, extremely dissatisfied with the company and their customer service. I don't understand what could possibly take so long for an item to be delivered as it is still showing in stock."
"I'm really disapointed that I cannot track my parcel and its well over the 10 days delivery time. My password no longer works on the website, when re-setting it doesnt work. The call centre is non existant - have tried over 10 times and get the same recorded message - please tell me when I'm getting my parcel please."
"I understand that things can go wrong occassionally but I hate bad service and false promises. I placed a substantial order on 9th March where all the items were in stock. I noticed the stock levels on the site changed accordingly then went back up again a few days later. My order status didn't change so I emailed from their website form and was ignored. So I phoned and was told to expect the order this week. On Tuesday, the order was officially late (by their own dates) and so I phoned again. I was given an apology and after 'checking with despatch' the lady told me that the order would be delivered on Wednesday. I worked at home that day, but no delivery. Nor Thursday, nor so far today. They are not answering the phone and have a recorded message saying to use the web form. I have used their web form again to tell them that if they cannot give me a tracking number they are to consider the order cancelled. I cannot cancel the order on their web site as it has a status of 'shipped' and won't let me. I'd love to be proved wrong, but it looks like I'm going to be joining the list of people contacting Trading Standards and my credit card company. WAE - today is your final chance for me!
Update: WAE have responded and apologised - thank you - there is hope yet! The order has been delivered to the wrong address - somewhere in Mansfield rather than where I live in Dorset! They say they have arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to me on Monday latest. I will update my review on Monday evening according to what happens!
Update: No delivery on Monday. No response to web enquiry. Order cancelled, now going to card issuer!"
"I placed an order for a product costing over £200 on the 11th March with deliver in 7 - 10 days. The product arrived 18 days later with no email to apologise for the delay. I phoned customer services a number of times and the seemingly one person they have on the phone seems to be rushed off their feet.
I applied for a refund on 23rd March because I was so concerned by the lack of progress and didn't even receive a response to this by the time my order arrived on the 29th.
When the order arrived it had been poorly packaged by placing my item in a larger box so that it could slide around and hit the sides on its journey from Manchester to South Wales. I am very disappointed and will not be using the company again."
"Great! I'm a little shocked at reading these reviews on here. I ordered on a free shipping 10-12 working day service, and the item arrived after 3 days. I will definitely use WAE again. "
"I placed an order for a GPS datalogger, which was not delivered in the specified time scales (which was some 2 week after ordering). I received no communications from WAE+ to apologise for the delay or inform me when it would be delivered.
Using the online query submission form, I sent WAE+ 3 separate email requesting an update (over the period of 3 days). The final email requested a cancellation of my order. I did not receive a response to any of these emails.
Finally, I attempted to call WAE+. Despite numerous attempts, the phone lines were always busy. There is no queuing system, so I had no option but to continuously retry. An online message suggested I use the 'fast response’ link on the right hand side of the WAE+ home page. I could locate no such link, despite searching the entire website.
After 20 or so attempts, I finally got through. Apparently WAE+ had no record of my emails or complaints, suggesting their website is ineffective or broken. This still does not excuse their initial lack of communication.
The sales assistant apologised, but didn't offer provide a reason for their failure to post the item on time, or even offer any compensation (such as sending it next day delivery).
Overall, I am very disappointed with WAE+. Poor customer service and general incompetence mean I shall not be using this company in the future."
