Order never came, no refund available

"I bought an item from a 3rd party reseller. No info available, no number, no tracking. Never came....
Customer service did not take care of me. They said it was up to the 3 rd party reseller to offer a refund.
What!!!!!
Amazon makes people deliver or issue a refund.
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

TV they sent was cracked, and 2 years old.

"Walmart.com sent me a TV that the local store told me was listed in their system as having been sold in 2015. 2 years ago. It was cracked when I recieved it. And the local Walmart refused to take it back. I ordered 5 for our office. So I wasn't trying to slip a used one in. But they treated me like a criminal. It's been 6 months and I still haven't resolved the issue after having mailed it back to them. I highly recommend going any other route but Walmart.com. You have no recourse if they screw you over."

Think twice before making an order through walmart.com

"We received a damaged shuffleboard. We received a new one although when it came to returning the damaged item we had to contact Walmart.com 4 times to come pick up this item& it still it never happened. Walmart is emailing us stating they will charge another $400 if not received in the next few days. Finally after being on the phone for over an hour & speaking to 3 different reps we spoke to Joy or Joyce who had common sense to extend the deadline and allow us to drop it off at our local Walmart."

Walmart needs to die

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Everything is a terrible experience, usually I avoid walmart , but one time I see a good linited timw deal and order it, of course things go bad. The first time they cancel it on me for absolutely no reason. Then I call them because they switch up the order on me and I can't find it again. Then I find it and order it and pay for the faster shipping, and get told that it'll be here in a couple days, instead it's delivered here a week later. Worst shipping, worst management. Never want to deal with walmart again. Plus the company they ship with (lasership) is probably worse than walmart. "

Misleading

"They get you to spend 35 bucks to be eligible for "free" shipping but how free is it really when every grocery item I looked up was at least $1 to $3 dollars more online than if bought in store. When they say it's available in store, click and compare prices. That is, if the link saying it's available in store isn't also misleading you by saying it's in stock until you click on it and it's not available anywhere. Extremely dishonest and disappointing."

Online orders

"I order some Dawn dish soap. It said on their website 38 0z bottles 8/ cartons for $8.51but they said i only get (1) bottle not (8) bottles. This is not the first time i made an online purchase and they never honor the deal that's online. They make it seems like the customer read it wrong and never admit to their mistake if it was a mistake on their end. You will not get what you order from them"

Horrible experience with no help from Walmart.com

"I ordered a fingerling monkey made by wowwee from Walmart.com. I ordered a few different ones and pick up In store. I realized that once I received my email that one of the fingerling monkey's was sold from a different seller than Walmart.com. I sent a cancellation request and received an answer back the next day that the item was ready to be shipped and couldn't be cancelled. I paid more than the item was worth but figured whatever. I received the item today and I received a fake version of the fingerling monkey. It was in a different box, it had a different name (finger monkey) and it was not made by Wowwee. I contacted the seller by email because, that is the only way I am able to contact the seller. I then kept getting madder the more I thought about it. So I picked up the phone and contacted Walmart.com. The guy on the other end was very nice the entire time but he didn't help me at all. He told me that Walmart.com was not responsible for this and that I had to contact the seller. So Walmart allows people to sell on their website but they are not at all responsible? Walmart.com allows their sellers to sell fake items as real items using their pictures and descriptions but they are not responsible at all? Very interesting to me that Walmart.com doesn't support their customers in this matter. They are the ones that paid the seller for the item, they are the ones that let the seller sell on their site, they are the one that send the emails for me with my complaints but they have nothing to do with it. Horrible to deal with. Shop Amazon or ebay. They will back up their customers when they have a crappy seller. "

Its okay

"I usually never shop here but the one time I had to, I did it online and it wasn't too bad. Their shipping was super fast which I appreciated. I try to avoid shopping here because of many reasons, but their service was good."

"A nasty male customer service rep from Walmart.com could not address the sales issue and hang up on consumer's call. I have never seen such a nasty sales service agent. "

Not convenient and a huge waste of time

"This was a simple order that any other retailer could have gotten right. This has been a huge mess and waste of my time. Walmart's online system does not match up with store inventory. No one knows how to fix it. Wasted hours of my time trying to sort my order out and get a refund. Customer service out sourced to India. What a joke. Walmart can't get anything right anywhere. I am sticking with Target. Easy online and in-store experiences with real customer service."

Nasty Superviser.

"Shopping at the Southington ct store where I was intending to purchase a Coleman cooler using a manufacturers coupon for "any Coleman cooler" the cashier made one unsucessful attempt to scan the coupon and called the Supervisor. The Supervisor quickly looked at the picture , handed the coupon back to me stating that because the picture showed a red cooler and mine was blue I could not use the coupon. When I suggested that the coupon stated "all Coleman coolers " she nastily reiterated that she would not allow use of the coupon. I took the coupon to a competetor who was happy to honor the coupon. Have been shopping at this store for over 30 years but will not shop at that store again. "

Don’t use Walmart Market Place

"Walmart’s market place is not a good idea. Walmart does not back items for returns not do they help if you have an issue. In my case the products never arrived and I had to spend hours trying to resolve. Your better off using Amazon."

Buying new tires from Wal-Mart.

"We bought 3 new tires and told them to put them on the front drive axle, they did not. When we went back and asked them to do it correct, then they maintenance guy said that they were closed and they could not. Wal-Mart # 04239"
