"Walmart.com is now selling junk from a third party in China. Walmart takes no responsibility for returning item and leaves that responsibility between customer and some obscure manufacturer in China. I bought a stereo on cyber Monday. Walmart will not return so refers me to BTING some company in China. The email I received back from the company suggested that "I give the item away to someone I know" and that they are "afraid I will have to pay to return item". Still no means of return. My suggestion......go to Amazon for seem less returns. "
"Ordered a laptop on black Friday, box delivered on time, however only to have a gift card ($5.00) fora $100+ laptop. 2 contacted made to CUSTOMER service PROMISED it would arrive by December 6th for my son's Bday, well no it's not even in route or traceable 3 days later, nor was a PROMISED EMAIL no sorry no discount just a 10 yr old without his birthday gift! "This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online! Customer service is horrible! No help at all and they don't seem to know anything. It has been so frustrating! On cyber Monday I placed an order for an XBox One S Bundle that was on sale for $189.99. Everything seemed fine, I got an order number and everything. The next day I decide to log in to my Walmart account to see when it was estimated to arrive and I notice that my order was marked as canceled. I call customer service and no one seems to know why it was cancelled. Something about making sure the payment method was safe and protecting their customers. To be honest I don't even know, no one could give me a straight answer about anything. Anyway, I was told to place the order again after 30 minutes and that my money from the original order would be refunded in 5 business days. So if I only had those $200 I would have had to wait a week to buy this xbox that was probably going to sell out. I was lucky enough to have another card so after 30 min I went ahead and placed the order again using this different card. Again, everything seemed fine. I got an order number, confirmation email, everything. A couple minutes later I receive another email saying this new order was cancelled too! I decide to check my bank account and I was charged TWICE for this second order. So in total I placed two orders, both were canceled, but I was charged 3 times!! Now the xbox is sold out and Im out $570!!! I call customer service again and they tell again that they're "sorry" and that I have to wait a week to get all my money back! She tells me to wait 24 hrs and place the order AGAIN! wtf!?! I'm sorry at that point I was so frustrated and ****! Like, how do you expect me to afford another order??? The dang thing is already sold out and they cant do anything to help me!? Now it's been a week and I still haven't received my money back. I decided to call customer service again to ask why I haven't gotten my money back and the lady ask's me if I've tried contacting the seller?........ WTF! Why would I have contacted the seller if WALMART told me they were responsible and that THEY were going to refund me! Now they're telling me to contact the seller???? I'm never shopping at WALMART.COM AGAIN! "
"Ordered a product online and was informed that the product required pickup at a local store. I show up to the Greenville MS store and of the 5 employees non offered to help. Once someone did, i was told that the order was not ready. He stated to go to the department and get the item off of the shelf he would make sure i got it then. I went back to the sporting good department and there was no one to help. Finally someone came to help and informed me that she was sold out of that item. They offered no solution. "
"I ordered an expensive item, a dyson hand held vacuum from the website. It was delivered without being properly packaged. They slapped an address sticker on the product package and it appeared in the driveway, dented, dirty and rain soaked. I will never order from them again. I wrote to customer service and did not receive a reply."
"Candles arrived in good time and free shipping. But: Very cheap product by re-seller. Walmart apparently doesn't evaluate quality of the products that they sell on their platform. Not only do the candles not light, no matter how we've tried to adjust the parts, but the return policy requires we contact and get "permission" from the seller. Walmart is hands off."
"Any glass jars are usually broken and bags of chips exploded inside box. Then you will get a box with a can of soup in it. They need a packing and shipping training. I used to order weekly but since they raised their online pricing and local stores 20+ miles away don’t offer the drive up and pick up."
"I ordered a product 11/24 and the item was expected to be in store 11/29. When I went on the 29th it wasn't there, when I went on the 1st it was just 8pm and customer service had closed, no store associate was willing to help me, when I went the 2nd it still was not there. I contacted Walmart.com chat assistance and it was a waste of my time both times. Robert R told me to wait until 8pm on the 1st that it would be there so I did patiently and still not there. Rodrigo B gave me excuses that they were busy and sent a credit for $10 for Walmart.com what good is that going to do when I am never going to shop Walmart.com again after this experience. I would never suggest it to anyone to use Walmart.com for anything at all it is better to pay a little more elsewhere and actually get your product. They have my money and I still don't have my product more than a week later. It was supposed to be a housewarming gift, but so much for that. Thanks Walmart."
"They will never be able to compete with Amazon given their horrible shipping time and packaging -- I ordered both heavy items like dog food, and small items like toothpaste . . . they send everything in one huge box with the dog food on TOP of everything else. And very little padding to protect items. The box was far larger than it needed to be and VERY flimsy. Amazon often uses boxes larger than needed, and also sends multiple shipments -- BUT, they ALWAYS arrive in good shape, and within 48 hours of ordering. If I order from Walmart now, I have to place separate orders of like items to make sure they don't ship fragile items together with heavy items, and even for Walmart brands (not third-party), I still have to wait 5 - 7 days for my so-called 2-day shipping. I'd rather pay for my Amazon Prime membership, knowing that 1) my packages will arrive on time, and 2) the packaging and goods will be in good shape when they arrive. (I also prefer the USP and USPS delivery that Amazon uses, compared with Fed Ex that Walmart uses -- just seems everything is more consistent with USP and postal service than with Fed Ex.)"

"Unfortunately I went and purchased an item from Walmart.com, and two days shiping is a laughing joke. To make a long story short twelve days later I've got an email instead of the product. An email is for the refund, and this is what it says: The credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles. Two billing cycles is months from now, does anyone have any idea how can I get my money ASAP? Because it took them only 2 minutes to charge my credit card but when they aren't able to deliver what they promised I need to wait months for them to refund my money. By the way I will never be shopping there and I don't recommend this site to anyone"
"First time ordering online and it's a huge disappointment. I ordered Ps4 pro bundle limited edition on Cyber Monday. Email said you will only be charge when item is shipped but then the money got through my account.Then after 10pm email said order was cancelled. Called them the next morning they don't know the reason. 1 rep said there's a note call bank for further verification. Really??????They said there's a mismatched with the payment info I gave them but when I called the bank they said all info was the same.Then i have to wait for them to return the money on my account after the authorization date expires which is 5 days.How can I buy it in other stores if you're holding my money for 5 days. Called customer service and said there's nothing they can do.Emailed the help enter, they replied telling me I will receive an answer after 24 hours but until now no email received after that.I won't order online from here again and will never recommend to someone else so they can avoid frustrations and undergoing all this crap.Call center agent said it might be back on my account sooner than dec 2 since it's been already cancelled but as of now no money back. "Recently Walmart decided on a new online shopping policy that advertised two day shipping if you spend $35.00 or more. However, it only applies to certain products....AND now they tell you if you pick it up at the store the price is lower. This now penalizes you when shopping at Walmart.com. I was going to buy a clock listed at $46 but when I was checking out it was $54...thats an $8 premium! (I wasted my time searching and then ended up not buying anything in disgust!).
No other company with an online division does this. Do the realize tthey are discriminating against people who cant get to the store, seniors and the disabled. I just talked with customer service and they tried to tell me that shipping from a warehouse was more expensive than buying at the store....REALLY! Tell Amazon that. It’s pathetic because they said their $35 plus free 2 day shipping policy was because they were challenging Amazon for online shoppers. I thought great and started shopping with them instead of Amazon...until they blatantly decided to charge more than the price quoted on their online shopping page.....WHY?? To get you to go in the store so hopefully you’ll spend more money....and keep their brick and mortor stores relevant. Sorry, going back to Amazon!"

"This process has been a nightmare. My first time ordering online with a Walmart Gift card and the orden has been canceled twice because "suspicious" activity. I got my gift card from a Walmart store and I used it to get advantage of the Black Friday prices and because the order has been canceled twice, the item now is out of stock. They tell me now to wait 45 minutes and then re-order the item again. How can I re-order an item that is out of stock? I spoke with a manager called Laquavai or something like that and she told me that they would hold the item for me and I should call in 45 minutes. I did that and spoke with another rep. and they told me that they didn't know anything about that(the manager lied to me!). Now I have to wait for in stock alert to re-order the item. WORST PLACE TO BUY!!!"
