"I ordered a product and was told I would have free 2 day shipping. After the 2 day shipping passed I called and was told be the manager at the call center that it was an " estimated 2 day shipping". Every time I told him no its not estimated its 2 day shipping. I ended up cancelling it and ordering it from Amazon that is 2 day shipping."
"I ordered emergency lights online for my family in Flordia for the up coming Hurricane. They lights were to be delivered several days prior to the Hurrican coming to the Usa...2 day shipping (should have been delivered by Fri, Sept.8th). The problem is Walmart decided to send the lights Ups ground with them arriving after the hurrican (6 day shipping). Now my family is stuck with out proper lights for a dangerous hurricane and they expect power outages to last along time. Thanks for saving a few dollars on shipping walmart and putting my family in danger. We counted on those lights. You let us down big time."

"I purchased a I phone from Walmart.com paid for it with my CC and I never received it . The only thing I received was calls from rude ignorant individuals in customer service asking me to verify my e mail address , verify my phone number, verify and verify . It's a online transaction the process of buying online and paying for it is part of the verification . I never received my phone , this is the reason Walmart will go out of business in the next 5 years because they have the worst business practices and the worst customer service not to mention the fraudulent activities of promoting and offering product they can not deliver . "On August 28,2917, I ordered a gift card for my son who lives in another state. The gift card was not delivered on the date stated not the next date stated. There was no way to track it, still hasn't arrived, after a long time in gold with Wal-Mart, they said it SHOULD be there by the 6th. Definitely use Amazon for better delivery service!"

"Okay, so I decided to give Walmart Ship to Store two tries at two different stores. Both experiences were horrible for different reasons. The first experience was horrible because of the wait. I made the mistake of taking the survey Walmart emailed me a few days after pickup. I had no idea that the store would get all of my information - name, number, etc. Imagine my surprise when my phone starts going off at work. I didn't recognize the name and let it go to voicemail. Turns out it was someone from the local store wanting to discuss what I put in the survey. I wasn't happy that my information wasn't confidential and I certainly didn't want to talk to anyone at that store so I decided to ignore the call. Lesson learned. Well, this same woman proceeds to call my phone every fifteen minutes for two hours! I finally decided to answer the phone and after confirming that I was the one that completed the survey she starts in and starts reading my answers and asking if it was true I had to wait 10 minutes. I had to tell the woman that I wasn't talking about it and to please stop calling me. The next time I needed to get some more things (I have a food allergy and Walmart is the cheapest place for me to get my speciality foods), I decided to give Walmart Ship to Store and have my items shipped to a different store. That pickup experience was much, much better. However, I got home and opened my $5.00 loaf of bread and saw it was already moldy. I decided to call the store and see about getting a refund. That's when I learned that I couldn't get a refund because it wasn't a product that store carried. Long story short - it's just not worth it. Walmart customer service is an oxymoron. I would rather pay more and A) not be harassed and B) shop somewhere where product return policies are honored. Walmart.com made me an Amazon customer for life."
"En walmart de 6767- 103 RD ST Jacksonville FL32210 en el area de farmacia no me quisieron despachar los medicamentos completos ya que ellos alegan que por eje. la loratadine es over de counter y no es verdad la loratadine no es over de counter, y por otro lado la proventil tampoco me la quisieron despachar por que y que el plan no lo cubre cuando yo siempre pido el generico que plan si lo cubre o sea no le buscan buenas alternativas al cliente, y por ultimo el flonase no me lo quisieron despachar por la misma cituacion cuando el flonase viene generico y el plan si cubre, conclucion del sistema de walmart no te doy el generico para que me tengas que comprar el de marca eso es una politica muy barata y abusiva de walmart. y peor todavia pido un gerente y tampoco hay que les parece. y por conclucion El vive mejor y El ahorra dinero de walmart no es verdad. "I attempted to cancel an order within seconds of placing it. I sent a message to the seller explaining that I needed it in two days for medical reasons, not TWO WEEKS as stated AFTER placing the order. They never bothered to respond and shipped the order five days later. I "chatted" with Walmart as there is no option to either call or send an email. I was promised a response within two business days but never heard from anyone again. Avoid walmart.com at all costs! Amazon is so superior to Walmart.com, in every aspect, and is the only place I will buy from in the future. With Amazon, in the rare event that you have a problem, it's easy to get in touch with them and they'll bend over backwards to make things right. "
"I ordered 5 pairs of Nakefits from walmart.com about a month a go and they were lost in the mail for a while. When I called Walmart customer service they just told me to call the vendor (that they hired and should be held responsible for their actions) EZSHOOT LLC and there was nothing they would do further. I emailed EZSHOOT LLC and they basically said, check with your neighbor and there is nothing they could do. I eventually received them and they were not the real Nakefit! They were made from China! Obviously Walmart does not check the items they are advertising on their site and do nothing to regulate the vendors they use. I will never order anything from Walmart.com, I"ll stick with Amazon and EBay. "Ok so I place an order for just over $250. What does Walmart.com do? They place a hold on my card for the total amount of the transaction, then they charge EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM AS THEY SHIP, WHICH WERE ALL SHIPPED SEPERATELY!!!!!!! This put my account into a negative balance, which caused me overdraft fees from another unrelated transaction.
When I called, they explained that that's how they do it, and that once the last item from my order ships, the original charge/hold of the total amount will reverse and my money will be restored. HUH???!!!! Meanwhile, I'm in the RED!!!! They are keeping my $250+ on hold until the last item ships AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE RE-CHARGING ME FOR EACH ITEM AND I HAVE TO STAY IN THE RED UNTIL WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO SHIP MY LAST THING!!!!!!!!

"3 months ago i bought a pressure washer with 2 years warranty extended, 2 weeks ago the machine was down. I put my claim on the web site and no information was received. I had to call several times on the week ( 3 days expending like 8 hours in my phone) right now my phone line is down because i exteneded the time limit, the result of that is that they dont have information about the store of the brand ( because they told me that the problem is with the manufacurer) and they cant do anything to solve the problem, no money back, no replace it.... they told me that they need time, how much? they dont know!!
