Never order online from Walmart again

"I ordered 2 boxes of Ice Breakers Spearmint Chews (total 12 packets) online and received the email for store pick up after about 1 week. Waited in a long line (same line for product returns) before it was my turn. The clerk suggested me to open the package to make sure it was what I ordered. I am glad I did that because, surely, there was not two "boxes" I ordered but 2 small packets of the mints in the package! I spent $22.78 for two BOXES of mints which was clearly printed on the order. It should've been very obvious to anyone that it's worth more than just two little packets. The manager refunded my money. That is, I basically had wasted one week in waiting and another 30 minutes in the store for nothing. I ended up going to Walgreens to get what I wanted for a cheaper price! "

LIES LIES LIES.... Never again

"They lie, don't want to give you your money back, charge you for shipping, and not help at all. I even took this 100lbs table into a store after I got a truck to borrow and was told I couldn't. When you make your purchase your told go to any location blah blah blah. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WALMART AGAIN IN MY LIFE!! THEY USE THESE 3RD PARTY PLACES THATR WILL NOT HELP. EVERYONE PLEASE SHOP ON AMAZON!!!"

2 day shipping is a lie

"Ordered product with 2 day shipping on Sunday night, so the package should arrive by Wednesday. It is now Thursday and the package is not here. It says it will arrive on Friday, but I am skeptical because the tracking says the package is still 800 miles away and it will take one more day to send the product out for delivery (if it arrives in town on Friday). This means walmarts shipping estimates are inaccurate. I recommend you use amazon 2 day shipping as Walmart 2-day shipping Is more like 5-7 days."

DAMAGED PRODUCT AND REORDERED / TOOK 20 DAYS

"Too bad and slow services ... we ordered two products and suddenly our order was frozen after 10 days in the system and we have to re ordered ( we were advised by Walmart after over 30 minutes on the phone ) took another 8 days the promised 8/01/2017 but we got them a day later and finally we got our products but one of them damaged!! and her we go starting our return process and wait 3 weeks to get my money back. Nor sure how these guys are competing with amazon but i ordered a lot if item in amazon and the service are faster and better products even Wish ( Chinese ) offer faster deliveries.
Please if you are able to help me

Don't waste your time with Walmart.com

"Sent incorrect item twice even after I reported the error the first time and asked them to confirm that the product is not mis-slotted before sending the replacement order. "Customer service chats"--they hide their phone number-- are with agents located in the Philippines who are useless.

"the only people in your stores that were cordial or helpful were the greeters at the front and two store employees at different stores the rest were grouchy or disrespectful,no smiles and one was picking a pimple on his face.most of them don't know anything about what their selling.Going in your stores only works if you know what you want without help.Where is customer service today ,they tell me the pay isn't enough ,quit whinning .If you take the job I don't care what the hell it pays you neeed to do your best. There I got it off my chest zf4am"

"Ordered AC unit online.Was told it would be delivered on Sunday.Then get e-mail stating it would be 3-5 days later. This unit is desperately needed but Walmart don't give a crap .. Let the children suffer . Never again will I order from Walmart. "

"Canadian resident, tried to order a bike through Walmart.com had to call back several times before ordered, payed the next day but payment didn't go through in time so order cancelled, tried to call Walmart Canada but all I got was a robot and no help. Worst customer service I've ever received. No invoice # but order # below"

Shipping Error, Use Amazon to order it will be here today!

"Ordered July20th,2017 for a product on Walmart .com.Walmart took out my money from my bank same day. Waited patiently , 3 days, 5 days ,7 days,Now 11 full days. I could of just drove 2.0 miles away and pick my purchased items up. I was emailed of a tracking /shipping updated Walmart.com app says it shipped. FedEx however says it was never picked up! They show a label created wow . No movement to me. I call FedEx they advised me to call shipper. I called Walmart .com info. Was sent to someone in the Philippians! I requested to be transferred to USA after several request. I was transferred to level 2 "problem solver" LOL joke! In all honesty she attempted to find a local store that i could go and pick up my item. NOPE none available for pick up, none. Frustrated, I thru in the towel ! give me my money back! I apologized to the young lady after her attempts to apologize for them it wasn't her fault. She refunded me my money. Oh and it could take up to the famous "up to" line 5 days to receive.How about we take 11 days to pay you clowns first or until we get what we order first. I explained i was going to review them and let all the world know Leave the online business to the pros. I know ill have my product TODAY! with amazon. Walmart .com i know you look at us as a number and by promising people items that you cant deliver! WOW,WOW Huge mistake clowns! All hipe no show in this game. I ll never order another item from them again. People, Walmart .com wont care about you, we made them what they are now. As of today, never again they dont even see these reviews and learn what they are doing wrong! , all i can say is make a SOLID DECISION you want some thing good at a price and unbelievable service and shipping, AMAZON! Walmart execs not getting another dime from me or my family ever again. Another number off your books."

GO TO AMAZON.... WALMART, Thanks for wasting a month of my time to ship something

"I should have listened to my Wife and just ordered from Amazon, but instead gave Walmart a chance. Ordered my product on July 5th 2017. After 15 days I finally got an email on July 20th saying my package would arrive on July 28th 2017. Surprise, Surprise, NO Package. Went online and tracked the tracking number with USPS, and guess what it hasn't even been shipped out yet.
I am disgusted with this process and lack of communication and above all now I need to admit to my wife that she was right and I was wrong.

Moral of the story: If you need the product in the next 30 days use Amazon

Photo Dept

"I went to WalMart to print a couple photos from my wedding, which was several years ago. I used the self printing station to transfer photos from my phone gallery and then went to the counter to pay, the man asks me if I took the photos myself (which I obv didn't since I was in them), I said no. He asked for my contract with the photographer, which I didn't have since A) it was several years ago and B) my husband took care of it. He explained I needed to prove the photos were mine to duplicate. I tried to call the photographer but they didn't answer. Then he gets some other associate to come "help" him. At that point I was on the phone with my husband asking if he had a copy in his email of the contract and she began talking over me even though I was on the phone trying to straighten this all out. She then flat out accused me of stealing the prints by taking a photo of a photo. I pointed out that the photographer logo would still be present if the photos weren't mine and she said I cropped them out. I asked wouldn't the logo be in the middle of the photo? She said some pictures had better quality than others and that meant I was stealing them. At this point I was shaking, I have not and would not steal from anyone. I tried showing both associates that I had the entire album on my phone, crystal clear with no logos and they said they did not want to see them, well I am sorry but you are asking me for proof over and over and that was as close as I could get to proof and then you don't want to see them?
I understand protecting rights, but I feel like these 2 associates were completely out of bounds and mishandled the situation left and right and instead chose to create a scene and accuse a customer of theft, loudly, even while I was calling around to obtain proof we purchased the rights. Even the customer behind me was uncomfortable and left the line. A manager should have been called immediately if there was doubt, not 2 associates ganging up on a customer.
Luckily, when I called my husband back, he remembered we have a USB drive with all our pictures that was given to us by the photographers and we went to a different store to print the photos that I wanted. When I posted about this interaction on Facebook, I am apparently not the only person displeased with the photo dept and one person even told me they shredded her photos in front of her even though it was a photo she took with her own camera.
I will not be returning to the Walmart photo dept ever again, and it will be a long time before I step foot in this chain for any other purchases either.

"The 2 day shipping is a lie, try 5-7 days for common items not stocked in store, another lie is showing items in stock, then comes the emails almost everything is out of stock, WALMART WHY ALL THE LIES, you need to use Target and Amazon as examples of online shopping"

Never buy from walmart.com

"I bought a Roomba through walmart.com
It came in the mail with no instructions in English on how to you use it.
I took it to the Walmart store near our house and they said it has to go back to walmart.com
I called walmart.com and they said it needs to go back to the manufacturer.
I called the manufacturer and got no response.
NEVER BUYING THROUGH WALMART.COM AGAIN!!!!
