online order didn't not arrive on time!!!

"Order was supposed to be here on July 7, it was ordered on June 29th. my ordee has been sitting in the same place since July 7th per tracking number and hasn't moved since it arrived at the last location! why tell someone that their order will be there by a certain date! if it was me making a payment I would have late charges and everything if I won't on time! it is safe to say I will probably never order from your online stuff anymore but I know I don't make a difference I'm just one person !"

Check your bank statement!!!!

"If you ordered from walmart online, please check your bank statement. I was charged twice for the same ordered. It was tricky to catch because Walmart charged me 3 differents time, all of which have different amount so there were no 2 identical amount. I called Walmart to resolve, they promise a refund. Needless to say, I never saw the refund and had to let my bank deal with them. Watch your money!"

Such a rip-off, worst customer experience ever

"Don't ever use Walmart online... it's such a rip-off. They shipped something to our old address by accident. It was an apartment complex and so we went to the office who said they would hold things for us. They said that they didn't receive it and if they did would have shipped it back. Walmart said they never received it and blamed UPS. UPS basically said not their problem. Don't use this service unless you plan on losing your money. Worst Customer Service ever!!!!"

The iPhone 7 that wasn't

"I ordered an iPhone 7. What I received was an iPhone 5s. Crap quality control at their fulfilling warehouse.

After dealing with two people from Customer Service, neither who had the ability to have the local Walmart provide the phone to me or send a new phone next day delivery, I was screwed by Walmart.

Terrible shipping, no returns, and refund is impossible

"Ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Walmart.com - 2 day shipping came in 2 weeks with defective product and slightly damaged. Cannot return it to store- has to call customer service 3 times- they tell you to contact the product company directly. Product company doesn't return several calls. Call Walmart back - now they say they cannot refund the money - I have to dispute these charges with credit card company. Who mentioned Walmart is competing with Amazon?!!! They cannot even compete with a mom and pop seller with these terrible delivery and refund issues. Don't buy on Walmart.com!!!"

shipping always too long

"I have ordered a few times online. Do not order from Walmart. The order I am waiting for is taking 12 days, not 2. This has happened with every order placed with them. Ordering for store pickup is the same delays.
Stick with Amazon for stellar service.
I am a stock holder in Walmart and am very disappointed in their customer service. Eventually, this type of service will result in stock prices going down.

Customer Service Reps for Online Orders

"I've had it. I know Walmart is the cheapest place to shop, but every time they mess up your orde, which is more and more often, I honestly CRINGE contemplating calling customer service. This last time, Sara from the Tampa, Fl center, went as far as to yell over me denying what she clearly said a second ago. And then... the 40 minute HOLD... mid sentence, mind you. This is what they do if you ask to speak to their supervisor, they put you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time "

2 day shipping is really 2.5 weeks!

"My original package got lost by FedEx and the sales rep said she would resend with expedited shipping. The tracking says it won't be here for another 1.5 weeks!! She said 2 days. In total it will be 2.5 weeks for a package that was shipped for 2 day shipping. Stick with Amazon. Walmart.com **** at shipping in timely fashion. "

worst customer service and online shopping experience ever

"placed an order for a tv that wasnt in stock in store. i was told in store it was 2 day free shipping. However when i logged in to check my order, it said it wouldnt arrive until 7 days later. I called to try and change the shipping to be delivered to my home instead of instore pickup. I was told i would have to cancel the order and re-place the order. Canceling the order to replace it, i would have to wait 48 hrs. for the cancelation to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back into my account. Basically i should have not canceled my order and kept the 7 day delivery. I called my bank to try and have the pre-authorization hold released but since it was over a certain amount my bank needed an authorization form faxed from walmart. Each time i called walmart corp. every rep. i spoke to was rude and sounded like they hated their life. I asked for a fax number 3 times and each time was told i couldnt have one that i would have to wait. BS!!! So now when i receive MY money back in my account, I will be going to best buy to purchase my tv. I wish i had done my research better because best buy has the exact tv i ordered in stock. Just a warning...if you do purchase online from walmart, know that should you have a problem and need a return or cancelation of an order you will be disrespected and transfered and never be helped. Try at all cost to do research and just not buy from walmart online. "

Doesn't even deserve 1 star - Shipping Scammers

"I ordered 4 TV's online for my workplace, with the order cost totalling over $5000. Turns out Walmart uses a company called same day freight to handle their shipping, but it wasn't same day or even same month. After tracking our order and realizing it went to the wrong city then back to the original warehouse we emailed Walmart and called both companies multiple times to try and determine what was happening but the TV's just sat there in the warehouse for 3 more weeks. We sent Walmart another email saying that if we do not receive the order in 2 days we are going to cancel it which is what ended up happening. Walmart then decided to finally contact the shipping company they use and came back to us saying that one of the 4 TV's went missing at the shipping company and that we would not receive a refund until they found it. So apparently Walmart decides that it is the fault of a customer when the shipping company loses an item and the order never even makes it to the customer. So here I am over a month later no TV's, no refund yet. Beware of their ridiculous shipping do not trust it whatsoever and horrible customer service. Walmart has been nothing but a waste of time and has made every step of this purchase as frustrating as can be. "

You cannot return items at Walmart

"I least I give you one star You cannot return items at the Walmart i'm at the **** line today twice in two different places and a woman like associate tell me I cannot return my items because I have returned three times of the year what the heck Walmart
My question is
What happen with 100% money warranty when there's not give me my money back and actually I want to return f@@@@@ flowers because I pay $10.98 and she if you want to give me $3.98 only
