"I refilled a prescription for 90 pills of a medication at Walmart
yesterday.When I came home and counted them there were only 65 pills.I called the manager of the Pharmacy and complained.
She put the blame on a new trainee,and said she will make up my loss free.This was the first time I counted the number of pills.
How many times could I have been cheated before?

"I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card used at walmart.com online store. When I contacted them they refused to provide me a copy of my invoice. I wanted to take the invoice to the local police to press charges. I provided my card number, expiration, security code, billing address name and date of birth. They still refused. They will not investigate or press charges and have returned my money. But they are protecting the identity of the individual who stole mine. i should be able to get a copy of the invoice billed to my card. It is ridiculous. They are essentially supporting identity theft by not taking steps to prevent it. The individual is likely screwing over numerous other people and will continue to do so because of their unwillingness to act. Walmart has lost my business because of this and I will continue to pursue through the legal system to procure a copy of the invoice."
"Made a an order for 2 futon bunk ends with all the mattress and sheets for the cottage. Based the order on shipping time (and being free). After they missed the date advertised was told it was an estimate and gave me deadline dates that were 2 weeks beyond the original "estimate". Oh and the order got chopped into 4 separate shipments so mass confusion by all on what went where. Deadline has come and go e, when I called Walmart they said would take 3-5 business days to notify the shipping company? Who does business like this? Not that I will put a dent but will exercise my right to forever boycott online shopping at Walmart. Really, never again.
When asked if I can return it over the phone was told no, I need to take the order then arrange for returning afterward."
"Walmart offers great products and great prices. I would recommend this store to other people. It is 100% reliable and there is no reason to worry about an unreliable source at walmart. Their shipping is fast and products are packaged with care."
"I usually buy office supplies at Walmart, but one day I decided to buy a pair of sweatpants. Huge mistake. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for. The sweatpants were cheap and so was the quality. After cleaning the sweatpants for the first time in the washing machine, they started to fall apart at the seams. I definitely wouldn't buy clothes from that store again. "
"Walmart is a sham!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the IPAD online and paid for a "rush" delivery only to find out 2 days later (by tracking my order online...they didn't even email me) that Walmart does not "rush" ship the IPAD. They took my "rush" order and my money, wasted my time (so I did not have enough time to order from another vendor), and didn't have the common courtesy to notify me that my order would arrive 5 days later! As of today, the FALSE choice of having the IPAD rushed shipped is still an option on their website. The associate states that they have not had the opportunity to update their website..."I'm sorry, did the IPAD come out YESTERDAY!" Walmart....at it again....someone must do something about this organization...I will start spreading the word....the best way I know how to increase awareness of scams."
"I see everyone doing this everywhere these days.. I am starting to think I should be trusting review sites like this less and less, because who doesn't like or shop at walmart? it's the cornerstone of america and there isn't a single person I know who doesn't shop either in the stores or online.. I am thinking social media is the new way to see if a company is good or not, because all I see is bad review after bad review because people are not taking the time to share their good experiences which is just sad.."
"This is a complaint for Walmart at 6060 N Fry Rd Katy, TX 77449. I processed my photos online and PAID for 1 hour processing at 4:30. I paid for it online. I received an email saying that my photos were ready at 4:50 pm. I went to pick up my photos at 7:30 pm and no one was at the photo department. It was supposed to close at 8:00. I had to call an employee at the electronics and she said that the photos were not processed and to come back tomorrow. I went again at 7:00 pm the NEXT DAY and no one was at the photo department AGAIN. The guy there had to PROCESS MY PHOTOS because they were not already processed! He also asked if I had already paid. Luckily, I had my email confirmation. So, I paid for 1 hour processing, had to wait an extra day, call someone from a different department, and asked to PAY AGAIN. Why should I pay extra for 1 hour processing if the employees are not going to do their job?!"
"I just ordered an item on walmart.com thinking that I could the item cheaper but then there's the shipping. I still went ahead and completed the order. And when I went to Amazon, where I am a prime member, though the item is a bit expensive, without the shipping fee, I could the item cheaper than walmart. 15 minutes after I put in my order to walmart, I decided to cancel it. And guess what, there's no cancel button on it. I called their customer service and was told that they will try to cancel it but cannot give me any confirmation that they are entering a request to cancel, and told me that they cannot guarantee cancellation. What???? Are they superman to ship the item 15 minutes from order? I don't think so. They just want you to get stuck with it. I will NEVER EVER shop at walmart.com again. Very bad website and bad customer service. I tried to delete my credit card information as well and it will not delete it. I am so mad right now. It's my biggest mistake to ever try order at walmart. Biggest mistake!"
"I get hassles about using coupons at Walmart frequently. I can take a current coupon (not out of date) pull it out of the package of razors, and try to use it to buy the same type of razor (meeting all the requirements of the coupon) and Walmart's system doesn't recognize it. I try to use printed coupons from coupons.com (many of which say redeemable at Walmart), and the associate told me they don't like printed coupons. Walmart's customer service is non-existant. I shop there unhappily because it has the lowest prices on most things and just endure the hassles."
"I ordered a bed frame from walmart.com & it came a day earlier than we thought which was a nice surprise. We have been very satisfied sleeping on it for about a month."
"I ordered an Igloo refrigerator and the item was completely different than what was pictured and took 1 week to deliver. I brought it into the store and asked to exchange it instantly for an instore refrigerator, but the Walmart instore customer service insisted that I had to have it shipped back and returned, then wait for my credit card to be credited back before I could come back to make another trip to the store to buy another one. This was unacceptable. I talked to a manager and they let me exchange it. The site had said they would refund my shipping costs if it was a problem on their end, which it was. I asked the woman instore for that but they refused and told me to call a number, yet informed me they were closed and was reluctant to give me the number. She lied, it was not closed and she was arguing about it as if she did not want me to call. It was a hassle experience. My other experiences at this store went problem free though, their shipping just takes quite a long while."

"My order arrived at fedex in good time, but walmart communication was horrible and inaccurate. I would purchase from them again if the price was right, and if I didn't need the item right away, in case they messed up shipping.
I used "ship to store" to have my order delivered to a local Fedex location, walmart.com order. All was going well, received tracking info and I noticed that the item had arrived and been signed for at the Fedex. Post purchase walmart email had said that I would receive an email from them once the order had arrived, with instructions re. how to pick it up, etc., I assumed. Over 24 hours after the Fedex arrival I had not received an email. I emailed customer service. Over 24 hours later I received an email that was was absolutely no help. There was no sign they had actually read my email. It is a 50 mile round trip to the nearest Fedex, so I was in the area for other reasons and I went by. It was there and I picked it up. Two days later I started receiving multiple emails from Walmart saying the item was delayed and hadn't shipped. Almost two weeks after my order, and one week after it had actually arrived at fedex, walmart emailed me to say I could pick it up now. I'd use again for items that were low priced that I didn't care if I had delivered right away."
