"Shipping was awful slow.
even after the item was listed as prepared for ship it took 2 days before the item was marked as picked up by the shipper.
I can get items from other retailers in less time than it took the shipper to even pick up the package from the warehouse.
Then it took a week to finally deliver the package.

"Night manager "Jamie" and "David" from sporting goods at the Owasso store on (96st) the supercenter is whom i would like to file my complaint on. I was given the worst customer service i have ever been given in my life tonight @9pm at the Owasso Oklahoma store. I have been saving for a product for 2 months and could have purchased the ($897.00) product a number of places but decided to purchase at walmart. After the horrible experience i ended up walking out the store without making a purchase. I was there with my father to purchase a firearm, we stood there at the gun case for over 20 minutes (keep in mind im disabled) while "david" the sporting goods employee stood at the register talking on his walkie talkie.. he not once even said "hello" or "hi how may i help you" NOTHING! Then as my father and myself were trying to get his attention another customer walks over to the counter flags him down and asks to see the same firearm im trying to purchase.. keep in mind i had been standing there for at least 10 mins before the other customer ever showed up. Long story short the other customer buys the firearm while im standing there with my father... My father and i continued to stand there while "david" continued the purchase... Keep in mind (I'm disabled) and can barely walk. . Then "david" needed a manager to finish the purchase so up walks "jamie" where he approves the purchase for "david" ... then the manager "jamie" continues to converse with the customer about how much his walmart stocks are up to and how long he had them... and keeps on talking for around 5-10 more minutes while my father and i are still standing there! At this time im growing very upset because not only has the product that i called ahead to make sure the store had and drove 20 minutes for has been sold in front of me but "david" and "jamie"-the night manager are still ignoring me and "jamie" is still conversing with the other customer about Alabama where he used to live while my father and i are still standing there looking at them trying to get help. At this point my father and i turn and look at each other and decide to leave. I am so disappointed in walmart and their customer service. I am now searching for another place to purchase the product. And another thing that irritates me is i just spent $697.00 on a tv AT WALMART the day before! My father and i both shop at walmart and spend lots of money there. Now i am going to shop elsewhere"

"I ordered two flat screen TVs from this company during Black Friday. When I received both TVs one was working while the other's speakers were defective. I called up their customer service to try and get a replacement because it was such a great deal and I liked the TV. Unfortunately they told me it was out of stock and I had to receive a refund. I understand, these things happen. I made the proper arrangements with their customer service to have the item picked up for a return. I requested the product to be picked up from my home and not from my office. The rep assured me that this would be fine and that they have made the necessary changes. They told me that a credit was going to show on my account within 5 business days and that they are really sorry for the situation. The next day, the UPS guy shows up at my office for a pick up. I called Walmart's customer service again to change the call tag location. They assured me again that the pickup location has been changed. Each time I call to have this fixed I had to wait another 2-3 business days, the same thing happened again. I can say this went on for a few months. They even took back the money out of my account because they didn't receive the return. But the whole situation wasn't my fault. Finally by the end of February, almost 4 months later, Walmart's customer service got it right and had someone pick up the TV from my house. They reissued the refund after a few calls to their customer service. All in all, it was a very frustrating situation and caused quite a bit of inconvenience."
"Walmart is my 3rd favorite offline store. Have placed a couple orders online. Their online service is pretty decent (In my opinion). I also love the free Site to Store(R) feature. I have not experienced any problems with them...YET."
"I ordered a laptop using their site to store service, except the website showed this laptop was already in stock at the store (i.e. there was nothing shipped to the store because they already had it). I did not pick it up right away and after reading about wifi issues with the model I decided I didn't want it. I emailed them asking to cancel the order and received an automated response that the order could not be canceled. The email for my order said it would be automatically canceled after a week if I didn't pick it up, so I waited. After 8 days and no cancellation, I called the website customer support. They said they couldn't help me and told me to call the store. The person I talked to at the store was very rude and said they couldn't cancel orders over the phone and that I needed to come to the store or wait another week and it would automatically cancel. So they either wanted me to come to the store or wait over two weeks for my order to be canceled. I disputed the charge instead."
"Went to Walmart located at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd Austin, TX 78753 to buy a tire from austomotive because our tire popped on the IH 35 on July 3rd. Husband runs across the access road to get to the wal mart, gets there explains to the MANAGER that my wife and kids are stuck on the side of the highway and that there is a gentlemen in the process of removing the tire to bring it to automotive if they can just put a new tire on the rim. The manager tells him well he better hurry up because were about to close. In the end the gentelmen who volunteered makes it there at 6:55pm with the damaged tire and the manager had the nerve to ask the "EMPLOYEE" can we still change this tire, the employee then asks the manager what time is it he says 6:55 then the employee says "Na we cant". This is the sad part, they couldnt help us by putting on the tire for us by they had enough time to sell us a wrong tire to be used as a doughnut and come to find out, it wat a tire for a tractor. Just imagine if that tire were to fit on there me and my kids would have been in danger because it would have flew off. Your employees rather put a family in danger all for them to get off of work a few minutes early. Bravo Walmart for the worst customer experience!"
"I purchased a Haier 0.7-cu ft Microwave from Walmart.com on July 4. The next day (July 5), I received a shipment notification from Walmart.com with a FedEx tracking number. After tracking this package for a few days and seeing that the status remained unchanged as "Shipment information sent to FedEx", it was obvious that this package has not moved and was not even in FedEx's posession. I called up Walmart.com, expecting them to admit that the package was lost in the mail or stolen from the Walmart.com warehouse and offer to ship me a replacement, as the item was still in stock on that date. They did admit that the package was lost in the mail, but they were unable to ship me a replacement until the Estimated Arrival Date has passed, which was set as July 12. When I called back on July 13 to have them send me the replacement package, I was informed that the item was now out of stock and there was nothing they can do about it except refund my purchase. Unfortunately I had paid with a gift card, which I then discarded because I had used up the full amount of the gift card. So now I am left with no microwave and no money. "

On my avatar photo is a picture I took of the box I recived from Walmart today. It is sitting on my porch right now. I ordered 6bottles of dish soap and 12 rolls of toilet paper 2 boxes of 1 gal ziploc bags and a box of bandaids and 14Lb of cat food.
They put the 14 Lb bag of cat food on top of everything eles in the box. And that squished everything underneath. And it also caused the lid of one of the dishwashing liquid bottles to come off. Soaking everything in the bottem of the box in dishwashing liquid. I find no number on the walmart site to contact anyone. And yesterday I went to my local Walmart and bought a 10Lb ready to eat ham. I descovered after slicing it up that it is raw in the middle. I wonder what walmart will do if somebody gets sick from eating hams like this.I just edited this post to add this to help anyone else that may have a problem.
After much searching I finnaly found the number to walmart.com and how to speak to a live person. 1-***-***-**** after you connect press the * (star key) then press 5. I just spoke to a nice person and explained what happened she said she will replace everything. So now I will wait and see if they put the cat food on top of everything again or not."

"After waiting over a week for an adapter that Monoprice changed but left the product id number the same. I was given a refund after 2 failed adapters and switched to Walmart. I waited 2 days and today arrived the WRONG ITEM!!!!!! I paid for mini displayport to DVI and received mini displaport to HDMI. At this point I'm tired of incompetent people that work for these companies that keep picking the wrong items, I need there to be a store I can WALK INTO and pick it myself and walk out with the right one.
Now I will have to wait for their mistake probably till next week for the right item unless they screw it up again...."
"SHIPPING QUALITY AWFUL
I've only ordered from walmart.com a couple of times and have never had a problem. However, this time I ordered (2) 32" flat screen TVs and they came REALLY quick, but the TV's shipped in just the TV box itself. The boxes came REALLY damaged and REALLY dirty. Both boxes looked re-taped as well. These are suppose to be corporate prizes at an event my company is having, so we can't even test the product first—AND they look like crap now. At least, if they put the TV's inside a shipping box, maybe they wouldn't have got as damaged. (A side note: I HAD to order from the website because they didn't carry this model in stores). VERY disappointed and embarrassed to give these as prizes."
