When I called to see if it was in, I was told I had to come in to pick it up because they actually didn't have any one to deliver it to me. If your company had a Quality Control Department to check to see if the item delivered to the warehouse was correct I wouldn't have had to make two trips."

"I bought my appliances in November of 2017. The refrigerator showed up with a dimple in the left door. The delivery man said I would be sent a replacement door "no problem". My salesman Christian was supposed to file a claim requesting a new door replacement. Many weeks went by with no word from Christian. We called and discovered that Christian had forgotten about our issue. He then looked into it. GE won't replace the door because they can't see the dimple in the picture taken by the installer. When I communicated with Christian that this was not ok, I never heard back from him again. The new dishwasher I bought showed up with a faulty part and leaked under my new floors causing damage. I notified WDC and GE and to this day, 2/9/18, the dishwasher is still not working. My salesman, Christian, sold me on the fact that GE had a 48 hour service response. I didn't have a repairman to my door to even evaluate the unit for 3 weeks. The part was ordered and I never heard back from the repairman. I had to call him and he then set an appointment for another 2 weeks out. When we called WDC to inform them about the service issues, we never heard back. We then spoke to Christian's boss, Arlo, he said he would look into the whole situation and get back to us. No such luck. Never heard back from Arlo. So apparently Warehouse Discount Center makes the sale and then you're on your own if anything goes wrong. Never recommending this place. Going to Yelp and Facebook next."

"They are quick to sell but slow with service after the sale. They don’t return phone calls. You have to go in to the store to follow up. The salesman even said he is too busy to return calls and just doesn’t. They had the best price on what I wanted. You just have to have patience and not be in a hurry and continue to go in to follow up. "
