They forgot to tell us we needed another 3.5 inches on the side, back or top for a water filter. The installer put he filter on the wall above the counter with blue hoses showing. Josh said he was not aware of the filter so no one told the installer to put it under the sink instead of on the wall.
I'm still waiting to hear from Josh."

"While our experience in the store was lovely, two + weeks later our GE Monogram Professional Range is STILL sitting uninstalled in our garage We were supposed to have been provided with a 4-man crew for delivery to remove our old range and bring the new range to our kitchen, which is located up a flight of stairs in our home. They sent a 2 man crew instead. They were able to remove the old range (with much insistence on our part) but the new range was too heavy to transport upstairs. We have had to wait an additional week for the 4 man crew, in addition to getting a separate 'installer' to hook things up once the range is finally in our kitchen. So two + weeks later...no range, no cooking for us!"

"Purchased 2 washers and 2 dryers. Months prior to my warranty expiring the service company came out and said they needed to order a part. Informed me that if my warranty ran out before the part arrived they would install NO PROBLEM. I spent hours and hours being transferred all over then they said," I requested my file be closed." I had a conference call with WDC and the warranty company. WDC said they have no control over their warranty company. Im out $179 for the warranty and the machine has been in the middle of my laundry room for over four months.
Now I have lost $179 and also have to pay for service, not to mention the countless hours I spent with the rude and extremely unprofessional service company. Will never buy from WDC. Buyer beware once you have the product no one cares."

"I went to WDC to see if they sold the sink grids for the new house we were buying. They did order them for me and I felt that the price for the sink grids was high. Then once they came 10 days later I went to pick them up and I went to the front. They told me I had to go to the back where the warehouse actually is and first there was no parking available. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go up the ramp since there were no indications to do so. Then I had to wait till they went to get the items and give them to me. For such small items they should have had them in the front but I guess that is not the procedure. At least have parking available. It all seemed to be occupied by employees. I should have tried Amazon first. "

"After researching clothes dryers i found a great deal at WDC in Oxnard. The salesman Abul was very friendly and helpful finding me just what i needed. Although the overall experience was fine, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. I felt bad as if i was interrupting a funeral.
