1. The counter people forgot to give me a choice of edges.
2. They coordinated the sink installation beautifully, but not the cook top.
3. They didn't even ask me what size cook top before cutting the opening too small.
4. The cook top sat in your Oxnard warehouse for a week instead of being here for the counter people to size the cut.
5. I hate phoning because I get put on hold and have to spend sometimes 2 minutes listening to your commercials."

"Our salesperson for plumbing was awesome - Laura Gerber. We had multiple warehouse issues though, with them delivering the wrong item or being weeks late with delivery. It was always difficult to get to the bottom of the situation. When they delivered the wrong Viking range, management tried to claim it was our fault and charge us a huge restocking fee when it was the electronics salesperson that had typed in the wrong model number. While Laura was amazing, we will not be returning to WDC or recommending them to others. "
