i suspect the item was probably in your warehouse and someone dropped the ball. if not, then your staff should have been in touch with us when the item was not delivered on time."

"These two individuals turn this story around from a very dissatisfied customers to TWO very satisfied customers.. They went up and beyoung all measure's to Satisfiy my husband and I on equipment that didn't measure up to the standard's I was use to from Whilpool/Kitchen Aid..My dishwasher was not performing right and they step in to save the day with their exceed all measure's for customer satisfaction ..and they came thru in flying color's, turning me around and I could not be more thankful to the two of them ..they stuck with my husband and myself thru what seem to be very trying times ..In so doing so they replaced a "BAD UNIT" with a very nice model that work's perfectly .. Their whole attitude was Awesome from the get go .. We will ..and Can do to Satisfiy a customer to the fullest pint I have experience from a company .. "All went well with the purchasing and delivery of my appliances. The girl arranging the install date of my appliances failed to arrange the separate installation for my Bosch dishwasher.
I did not know that there was someone else that did dishwasher installs.
I called WDC to arrange the install, 5 days later, and after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was contacted and informed that the man would not be able to make it. I was finally able to
get my dishwasher installed 6 days after my original delivery date.
The inconvenience could have been avoided if the girl in the office, doing the scheduling,
had not overlooked the separate dishwasher install.
