"I would not buy from these people as they do not stand behind their product if something is damaged!! I was remodeling my entire kitchen and bought all my appliances, on a recommendation, (fridge, double oven, dishwasher, stove top & hood) & plumbing (sink, faucet) from Warehouse Discount Center. When I bought them the sales person was very friendly and personable. When the appliances arrived our contractor was not ready to install them so we kept the appliances in the family room for two days. Once they were installed the installer noticed that on the inside of the fridge there were numerous scratches and markings on the panel. I immediately called the sales rep at WDC and it took her a couple of days to call me back. I informed her I was dissatisfied and would like to return this fridge for a new one. She said I had to call GE directly to have someone come and take a look at the fridge. I had to take a day off work for the GE person to come out only to find out all they sent was a repair person who wanted to replace the door. I was not satisfied as I felt I did not pay full price for a new “repaired” fridge; he said he could not do anything other than repair it and I would have to go back to the place where I purchased the fridge. At this time I was not about to use my brand new refrigerator as I was still looking to receive a new one. I then again called the sales rep, waiting another couple of days for a call back. When she did call back she said they were not responsible but GE is and I should go ahead with replacing the door. I kept telling her they said to go to where I purchased the fridge and that they should take this one back and give me a new one, , that I spent over $10,000 in this store and that was the least they could do. She said she would have to take it to her manager. At this time I still was not using my brand new refrigerator. It took another week for anyone to call me back and once they did all they were going to do was offer me $75.00 back on a $2,300 fridge. I told them this still was not acceptable and wanted a new fridge as I thought that was what I was purchasing. Her manager then had to take it to the owner, this took another couple of weeks and we were now into about 4 weeks of nothing being done and still was not using my brand new refrigerator. I got a call saying they were not going to replace the fridge and I needed to call GE to repair it. I went into the store to speak with the manager in person and all he could tell me was that even as the manager he was just a liaison and not allowed to make any of the decisions. After he spoke to the owner it was decided he was not going to replace the fridge. I asked to speak to the owner so I could state my case and he told me the owner does not talk to anyone. So bottom line is a very dissatisfied customer could not even talk to the person who could make decisions. In the end after all this frustration I still do not have a brand new fridge, but rather a fridge that I paid full price for that needs to be repaired before it was even used. So again, do not use this company as they do not stand behind their product!!"

"This was our first time stepping foot in a WDC as we have always purchased appliances at other large stores. I have to say we will never purchase an appliance anywhere else. From start to finish we were extremely pleased with the process. Our salesman was knowledgable and courteous from the moment we walked in the door. We only had to wait a few days for delivery when other stores told us 10-12 days, and our delivery showed up 20 minutes early! Talk about a win! WDC uses their own delivery trucks and employees versus other stores who contract with third parties. Our delivery was smooth and the delivery men were extremely nice and informative. I can't say enough good things about WDC!"
