"Watch Repairs USA did a fantastic job repairing and restoring my 14 yr old Omega Speedmaster watch. This watch was sent to them completely inoperable. Two of the dials were stuck and the internal self-winding mechanism wasn't working at all. On top of that, it was losing significant time every week.

While the repair (service overhaul) did take longer than anticipated, I was very happy to hear that they used all genuine Omega parts. Also, whenever I would email or call, their response was immediate. When I received the watch about 2.5 months later, I was blown away by the quality of their work! I've had the watch for over a month now and it's functioning like when it was new!

"My husband has other watches but none of them come close to his much loved Wittnauer. So it was important when this watch's stem came out for the second time, that it get repaired by a serious watch repair company and not by a mall jeweler.

The whole transaction with Watch Repair USA was easy and stress-free. There were simple, easy instructions on-line regarding shipping the watch to the company. When they received it, they sent us not only an email that they had received it but a photo of our watch so we knew our watch was accounted for. They even took the time to confirm that they had also received the broken stem when it wasn't shown in the photo. Watch Repairs USA evaluated the watch and told us item by item what they would be doing to make sure the watch was put back into top-notch working condition. They rebuilt the works, even having to make a part or two that was no longer being manufactured. I was impressed with how well they kept us informed all the way through the process and how thorough they were in their evaluation and repair. It came across clearly that they cared about our watch and our business. We thought the price was very reasonable considering what they did. Now my husband's favorite watch works perfectly and he is back to wearing it everyday!

The service from Watch Repairs USA, particularly in comparison to the Mont Blanc facility, was outstanding. Their website is crystal clear, they told men when it arrived, when it was up for evaluation, what the issues were and the exact repair cost. Paying online was simple and clear, I was again informed when the repair was complete and when I should expect to receive the watch. He told me that I needed to send the watch to a certified Cartier repair center and gave me the name Watch Repairs USA. I am very pleased with the results. They did a full-service overhaul, took apart the movement, cleaned old oil out and re-oiled, replaced parts as needed, reassembled and did a time test.
