Watch Repairs USA website was very specific on instructions to package and send the watch to them and gave a nice description of what would occur during every step of the repair. There were options to cease work if the cost was too high after they had inspected the watch. I received a notice that they had received my watch a few days after mailing it to them, complete with a photo attached showing the condition upon arrival. A short time after that I received a second notice saying the watch had been inspected and detailing the cost to restore the watch to its original condition. Shortly after giving the OK to repair, I received another notice that my watch was being shipped, complete with a description of the packaging.
