I filed a claim with Norton their warranty provider . While I wait for a decision , I purchased another watch. Delivered again with requiring a signature . I did receive this purchase this time. I opened the box only to discover this time it isn’t the watch I ordered. "
"I placed an online order 2/4/20 for an "in stock" item and was emailed an order confirmation with estimated delivery between 2/6 and 2/13.
A week later on 2/11, I called about the order status. The customer service rep said that ONE is expected to arrive by the end of the week and that it would be shipped out and delivered to me the following week.
Another week goes by and I called again on 2/19 about the order status. This time the rep said that it is out of stock and I should expect an email with the order status details within 24 to 48 hours. I never received any such email because it was never sent.
I called back 2 days later on Friday 2/21, but they were already closed for the day.
The following Monday 2/24, I called and spoke with "Mindy" who finally cancelled my order.
At the time I placed my order, the item was listed as being IN STOCK. But obviously, that was not the case. They seem to allow you to place orders on "out of stock" items and then don't give you order status updates so you end up waiting and waiting and waiting for your watch to be delivered. Meanwhile, they don't even have your watch ready to ship. This makes them appear as being incompetent at best and shady at worst. For a business that claims to have 20 years experience, this is inexcusable.
This was a horrible buying experience and I will never again give them my business. I advise anyone not to buy from these scammers/liars. Pay a little bit more and buy your watch from a reputable dealer."
"I needed a replacement band for my Tag Heuer and was a little nervous about going outside the OEM for the piece, as it is a somewhat expensive item. A local jeweler had the nerve to quote me... no, I'm not exaggerating... $1,400 For. A. Band. Half the value of the watch? No, thanks. So I went with WatchMaxx and crossed my fingers that it would not only fit, but be as quoted, the original OEM piece. It did and it was. $275 vs. $1,400. Great value and great service!
