"I placed an online order 2/4/20 for an "in stock" item and was emailed an order confirmation with estimated delivery between 2/6 and 2/13.

A week later on 2/11, I called about the order status. The customer service rep said that ONE is expected to arrive by the end of the week and that it would be shipped out and delivered to me the following week.

Another week goes by and I called again on 2/19 about the order status. This time the rep said that it is out of stock and I should expect an email with the order status details within 24 to 48 hours. I never received any such email because it was never sent.

I called back 2 days later on Friday 2/21, but they were already closed for the day.

The following Monday 2/24, I called and spoke with "Mindy" who finally cancelled my order.

At the time I placed my order, the item was listed as being IN STOCK. But obviously, that was not the case. They seem to allow you to place orders on "out of stock" items and then don't give you order status updates so you end up waiting and waiting and waiting for your watch to be delivered. Meanwhile, they don't even have your watch ready to ship. This makes them appear as being incompetent at best and shady at worst. For a business that claims to have 20 years experience, this is inexcusable.

This was a horrible buying experience and I will never again give them my business. I advise anyone not to buy from these scammers/liars. Pay a little bit more and buy your watch from a reputable dealer."

"I needed a replacement band for my Tag Heuer and was a little nervous about going outside the OEM for the piece, as it is a somewhat expensive item. A local jeweler had the nerve to quote me... no, I'm not exaggerating... $1,400 For. A. Band. Half the value of the watch? No, thanks. I received my watch on January 11. It came with two scars. I called to report, the last customer service rep that I spoke to treated me as if I had done something wrong. I emailed pictures of the damage. You company received the email but not the pictures. No one called or responded to say something was wrong with the email. She quickly apologized for it as in to brush me off. Then asked me why I was calling days after receipt. At this point I am frustrated. I have thirty days to return. She started to treat me as if I scratched the watch.

She and another rep from a different day, mentioned that your company photograph your watches after you receive them, before you ship to customers. I asked both reps to pull the pictures and they would see the scratches on the watch. The latter rep pulled the pictures. After her research she appeared frustrated, stated that the watch would also be looked over for any other issues. When I asked her if she had saw the damage in your photos she tried to escape the question.


I feel, violated and taken advantage of. I waited for you to receive the watch to send to me only to be treated with disrespect. I admit I wasn't a happy customer on the phone and I apologize for that but that doesn't need negate the fact that I am the customer giving you my business. I should be treated with respect. I need to rectify this issue and I need help before taking this further.
