"Watchmaxx is what you expect for Customer service. I initially sent an email checking on 3 different Tags. The response was they had one in stock...(These Tags by the way are all not made anymore ). I placed the order on a Thurs/ It was shipped on a Friday/ UPS delivered it to me on Monday. Full contents ...Tag box/papers/warranty. Love the watch, had it sized yesterday . Fits perfectly.
