I received it today and could not be happier. Superbly packed, all original boxes, tags, and serial intact. The wrist band was sized a little tighter than I had measured but not a big deal will have my jeweler add back one more link (all removed links were included). Bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer WAK2120.BB0835. It had all tags on it including the bar code with serial number. It had all blue and clear plastic protection that you would expect on the bracelet and back case of the watch. I had heard stories of decode or scratched off serial numbers. My watch has serial number in tack on the back of the case. Watch also came in original box and with owners manual. I didn't understand when I bought it that it was Grey Market and would not be honored by the manufactures warranty. The watch came with a warranty card filled in by Watchmaxx and covered by Watchmaxx. The watch shipped the day after I ordered it and was received with with day air by 11AM two days after I ordered it. I would do business with them again. Saved $1050 off retail."

I recently purchased a Tag Heuer Link edition for my wife. The watch came in a well packed, tamper proof box with all the manufacturer materials (box, manual, etc). The watch I received was exactly as described and in new/unworn condition (serial numbers intact). There was good communication from the customer service department regarding the order and shipping info. The package was shipped and arrived as promised. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Watchmaxx, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. A+ Transaction.

"I was seeking a specific Raymond Weil watch as a gift for my husband as we celebrate our 20th anniversary. After much searching, I finally found the watch at Watchmaxx.com AND it was $300 less than I was expecting to spend, but I was really getting short on time.

I ordered it and hoped for the best. I got a phone call about an issue with my credit card. Which I was able to resolve quickly. If they had just sent me an email, I would have missed the deadline for shipping and would not have received the gift before leaving on vacation. "Good experience. The watch arrived as advertised. It also arrived when they said it would, which was very important to me. The shipping was a bit of a pain because I was not allowed to make changes to the shipping address or who could sign for it, and FedEx kept arriving when I was not home. Ultimately I had to borrow a car and drive to pick it up at the FedEx warehouse or it was going to be shipped back to the sender, which added stress, but it worked out in the end. The only other surprise was the watch band was different and a little bit cheaper than the one I had viewed at the Omega store (it was a Tang Buckle vs a Deployant Buckle). This was a little disappointing, but after review it was consistent with what was advertised by Watchmaxx when I bought the watch.
I found customer service and sales to be both responsive and helpful. I would use Watchmaxx again.
