"I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a beautiful Movado watch for my son. He wore it for about 6 weeks when the plastic case cracked. Watchmaxx not only refuses to refund my money, but blames my son for "misusing" the watch. My son wore this watch under normal wear and tear conditions. I should be able to expect a Movado to withstand active wear. Watchmaxx could not help me contact Movado either. They claimed there is nothing that they can do. I am out $280. Apparently I bought a useless piece of plastic for $280."

“The customer called us that her son was playing sports when the watch snapped off his wrist, I wouldn’t call playing sports “under normal wear and tear conditions”. We offered the customer that we could send the watch to Movado and see if they would do anything for her, but a cracked case is not covered under any warranty.”
