"Phenomenal service. Dave took a photo of the Breitling and texted it to me when as we were on the phone. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. It was one of the most pleasant sales experiences I have ever had. I asked so many questions and he answered it politely and very professional. This is a company I would certainly recommend for quality watches and I will buy more watches from them. Shipment on time as promised. "

"I bought Longines L4.708.4.11.6 at the end of July. I only used it for several hours and found this watch always stopped even though fully wound. I contacted Watchmaxx immediately and sent it back. At first I thought they can at least change a new one for me if they confirm there is something wrong. However, after 3 months, they sent this watch back to me after fixing it. I think it's not reasonable. The customer service kept telling me you cannot change a new one since this one is worn. Could you tell me how can I find there is a problem if I didn't wear it for several hours after I received it? This watch definitely had something wrong before I received it in the first place and unfortunately I bought this defective one. So I should pay for a new watch and accept this fixed watch happily? I understand it's not their fault that this watch had something wrong in the first place, but this solution is not reasonable. If a new watch has something wrong, they should return it to Longines instead of just fixing it for the customer. If I wore this watch for a couple of months and broke it by myself, I’ll say nothing since it’s my responsibility. But do you understand I’m supposed to buy a brand new watch without any problem from Watchmaxx? Will you feel satisfied if you pay for a new watch but get a fixed one at last? I’ll try my best to get this problem solved, and I hope you do too. I hate troubles, but I’ll not give up if the trouble is not caused by me.
So you mean I broke this watch just after I received it several hours later? That's ridiculous. You said you inspect the watch before you ship it, how did you do that? Do you have any proof? You even don't tell me the problem with this watch after you fixed it. Is that a problem that can be caused by a customer after several hour's use?

“We are truly sorry about the experience you had with your watch, we inspect all watches before they ship and it worked perfectly. We accept returns on NEW watches only, once a watch is worn we can have it repaired under the warranty and we can't offer a replacement. We sent the watch to Longines for repair as they don't give you a new watch if there is a problem with a watch. We handled the repair in a very professional manor and even sent you a pre-paid label to have the watch shipped back to us, we sent it back to longines right away. We don't manufacture the watches we only sell them at discounted prices, and make sure our customers get the best customer service and personalized sales experience.”

"I recently bought a Breitling chronomat from watchmaxx which retails for over $13,000.

We agreed on a price of $9,500 if I paid through a wire transfer. I wired the money and was told the watch would be shipped and delivered within a few days.

After wiring the money I was a bit uneasy as being out of pocket with no security was a bit scary but through the sale I dealt with Dave and he answered all of my emails within a few minutes and kept me up to date with every step.

I just received the watch and it arrived Beautiful and brand new in the original box as promised.

Wacthmaxx was able to offer me the best possible price with the most intimate service.

"Amazing retailer!! I found the perfect watch for my wife's birthday at an amazing price. Only problem: it was a day before her birthday! One of their sales rep (Dave) helped me order the watch, sized it for me and an hour later, I received a ups shipping notice! Unbelievable. Watch was delivered the morning after in perfect condition. This is so far the best watch buying experience I've had, highly recommended."

Very professional, Great Selection of watches and Great Prices!!!
There was a mix up on sending my second watch out, they put me on hold and within 5 minutes found out the watch did not get sent out and they would send it overnight and refund my shipping costs. So while they are not perfect (as none of us are) when they made a mistake, they took full responsibility and made it right, and they did it QUICK!

"Bought an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean from WatchMaxx after an awful experience at Authenticwatches.com. I was a little skeptical but called customer service and they were very knowledgeable and helped put me at ease. I ordered the watch and it arrived two days later and it's perfect. "Overall, good experience with a couple bumps in the road in the beginning. Situation started off a little shady as the website said the watch was "in stock" ready to ship in 1-2 days. Watch ended up not being in stock in the color I ordered (Breitling Superocean Heritage 42mm) and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks. Finally received the watch after 3 weeks and it was the wrong color bezel. From this point, they could tell I was frustrated and acted quickly and got me the correct watch and overnighted it to me after receiving the returned wrong color bezel watch from me within 5 days. Ben & Jack at Watchmaxx were very easy to get a hold of either through email or phone so this made me feel more comfortable with the mishaps as they kept me informed through it all and apologized for the issues. It all took about 4 weeks but I'm happy with the watch and the price I paid for it. They also sized the mesh bracelet for free."
