Wayfair exceeded my expectations relative to communication, delivery, and the quality of the product we ordered (a king sized bed with headboard, footboard, and side rails). Anyone considering a large parcel purchase should have complete confidence ordering from Wayfair. There are a number of other well known web retailers of furniture...I’ve ordered from them all and Wayfair is the ONLY seller that executed delivery with a focus on the customer. AND they manage to do it all on the web so it is utterly convenient in addition to being efficient and accurate! I can’t say enough good about Wayfair. I will not purchase large parcel items from anyone but Wayfair going forward because we have been burned by all the rest, except for Amazon. Amazon also works well but they do not have the quality of the “last mile” nailed down as well as Wayfair. "
