"Ordered four outdoor chairs, waited six weeks for delivery and only half of the order was delivered. Called Wayfair and they wanted to search the wharehouse for the other two chairs. Waited two weeks and called again and was told they were still searching! I asked them to ship two more chairs from inventory and after a long conversation, they did ship two more. I asked for expedited shipping since it was their mistake. Was told Wayfair doesn't do expedited shipping, so I've waited several weeks for the remaining chairs that I originally paid for. Delivery has been rescheduled twice due to Hurricane Irma! Still don't have all four chairs that were ordered and paid for in early July. It's mid September! Customer service was non-existent. "
