"Wayfair reminds us what real customer service is all about - something we don't see enough anymore! I worked with Jason Mays on ordering my sofa. The only problem we ran into was that the wrong orientation of sectional was sent initially. Jason handled it so professionally and with kindness. He then got me with John Meehan, but keeping in touch with me till resolution. John was also so professional and kind, and, for my trouble, had the delivery men put the sofa together for me and take away all the boxes! I didn't think anyone even did that any more! But Wayfair did. And, in the process, the price on the sofa dropped, and they gave me the lower price. I became a loyal customer instantly: I have bought a large round rug (which looks wonderful with my new sofa!), some kitchen items, some fun items, and a set of nightstands as a housewarming gift for my daughter's new place. I have also told so many people my story, some of which have already purchased from Wayfair, all of which swear they will check it out. EVERY person I have spoken with is so professional, respectful, and wonderful! I have worked in customer service many years and I know how tough people can get. "Wayfair should use better delivery companies. I purchased a new living room set but could not get a scheduled delivery. They are about 20 mins from my house but the items sat for 8 days and finally when they scheduled a delivery for Friday, I took the day off of work and they never showed. When I called the delivery company they said "we will get back to you in a few days to set up another delivery". At that point I cancelled the order and Wayfair was tremendous in returning my money."
