"I ordered a Sofa cover and it was delivered promptly and just as advertised. Unfortunately, it didn't work for my sofa: apparently my sofa is weirdly shaped and I could never make it fit correctly.

In side the original packaging were simple to follow instructions for the return and the credit to my account. It took only long enough time for me to put the cover back in the package and go to the Post Office; make one on-line notification and the price was credited back to me.
