"It took a long time to fill the order, but aside from that the service and communication was A+. Two complaints though. One is that the chair did not come with any instructions about assembly. Two: when you recline, just a little or a lot, the chair is still in the Rocking mode as well as being reclined. I thought of returning it, but the chair is comfortable. One other thing: the chair is not a wall huger and must be set further from the wall than normal.
All in all, I like the chair and so does my wife: enough said."
