"I had issues with an HD-TiVo that I had upgraded with a WeaKnees package previously. Was told to send in the drives for testing, which I did overnight delivery. Before 4pm on the day they'd just arrived I was already provided with information that both drives had failed and replacements had been shipped.
In fact, I was a demanding customer asking them to email me when they received the drives and offer me various options. All email was immediately responded to and it was an _EXCELLENT_ customer experience.

"Horrible! I ordered a brand-new, unopened box containing an 80 Hour Humax Tivo DVD Recorder. They sent me a used, opened 40 Hour Tivo DVD Recorder. The box was opened when the package was opened. They told me they upgraded it to 80 hours. Not sure if that is even legal, especially since they advertise a new product from Humax. The company wants to charge ME a 15% restocking fee plus shipping to send back a defective product THEY fraudulently sold to me. Terrible company! "

"I got my HD today. I installed it at my house, fully expecting that I would have to bring it into the office to run guided setup after testing the drive for noise. First of all, it was whisper quiet compared to the hard drive that came with the Tivo. Second, I was able to run through guided setup using my wireless USB adapter!
