"I gave my optometrist's phone number when I placed my order, but WebEyeCare either never called them didn't follow through. When I contacted WebEyeCare a week later to try to get my tracking # they said they hadn't even gotten my prescription yet! And no one had contacted me to let me know there was a problem! How many more days would have gone by before they let me know there was a problem? When I (and most people) order lenses, we have about 2 weeks supply remaining, and cannot afford to lose a week due to lack of following through. Seems to me Webeyecare is understaffed, and is not able to make the necessary calls to process orders in a timely fashion."

"Bad customer service. I order my contacts 3 weeks ago and when I received them they were the wrong prescription. I call and they tell me to send them back and they will ship the correct one. First, I had to pay to ship it back when it wasn't even my fault and when I call them the lady said I have to wait 2-4 weeks to get it process so I told her the order I made was 3 weeks ago and now I have to wait 4 weeks to get them so I be out of contacts for 2 months. She blew me off and told me that the procedure even when it wasn't my fault. What a customer service they have......"
