"Worst customer service ever. I placed my order and paid for 3 day shipping. I received an email saying my order had shipped, and it was 8 days later I received the package. When I inquired about a refund of the shipping charges, as they had not held up their end of the agreement, I first received some very rude response from their online customer service, and then was refused a refund. Would not recommend them if you're looking for timely shipping or responsive, helpful customer service."

"I ordered contacts from webeyestore and mailed in the Rx. Unfortunately, the Doctor who wrote the rx did not put any decimal places in the rx, which I did not know was needed.
Webeyestore was able to figure out the one measurement was .75 but didn't relize 50 was .50 and instead thought it was 5.0 for whatever reason. The boxes shipped to me were NOT marked with an rx number so I opened them and noticed the prescription was wrong.
After emailing webeyestore about this they claimed they would exchange the unopened boxes. I mailed the 2 unopened boxes back, along with a corrected Rx from my doctor. I then got an email from webeyestore saying my order was ready to be shipped - 4 boxes for $99.80 - $40 "coupon". They are expecting me to pay 59.80 for the order when all I wanted to do was exchange the 2 boxes. I emailed them about this explaining the situation but they will not get back to me with a reply. Contacting via online chat and phone also result in no response. Very, very disappointed in this company and not sure what to do now."

"Terrible experience. They say orders are processed within in 1-2 business days? Try 14! My order only shipped after I e-mailed asking where my order was! Plus you'll be waiting another 2 weeks for delivery. I still don't have my order! Customer service lied to me repeatedly, telling me order had already shipped not realizing that I had a tracking number where I could easily verfy that it hadn't.
Customer Service (can you call it that??) was so focused on making this my fault instead of accepting responsibility and fixing the problem. They might win the battle but they are losing the war. I can't see these people staying in business for much longer given their ethics.

"After having additional shipping charges added to my credit card without my consent, the response by their annonymous customer service was: "our web site is not capable of calculating international shiping properly". Then why does the web site process my interntional order sending me an invoice with a shipping charge of $3? It is not right to process an order and then hold it randsome after sending a revised invoice showing an additional $17 for shipping. There was also no explanation to go with it. After speaking with customer service on the phone I agreed to pay an additional $4 to cover international shipping but then the seller charged an additional $7 on top of that. The only credit I give this seller is that they refunded the extra $7 shipping charge after asking, but again, no communication or aknowledgement after the request. There is clearly poor communication internally and externally with this seller.
Did I mention that this seller currently holds an "F" grade from the Better Business Bureau for the last 3 years of business with regards to complaints? It ranks in the bottom 5-10% of on-line optical merchants.
