"I ordered 4 turtlenecks a week before Thanksgiving. The quality was good (as always) and they fit great. However, on Black Friday, they went on sale for $29 each. I had paid $45 each. I reached out online to see if the company would do a price adjustment. The site said to expect it to take a few hours before I would hear back from them. However, it was weeks before I heard back. I was actually ready to go put a scathing review on Google, but the day I was about to do that, I unexpectedly got an email from somebody telling me they do adjustments within a week of purchase. I provided my information about my order, and they immediately adjusted the price.
I was so happy to have heard back from WHBM that I let it slide that the price adjustment was wrong. Anybody who shops at WHBM knows that everything you buy gets an automatic 5% off if you're part of their loyalty program. The $45 I had originally paid included that 5% discount. However, the price adjustment did not. Instead of getting the turtlenecks for $27.55 each (5% off), I got them for $29 each. So, while I did get a refund of $64, it should have been about $70."

"The employee argued with me over a coupon I had for being a loyal customer. Coupon said $20 off anything. My phone didn’t have service in the store but the coupon bar code came up and she refused to try it. She said she was sure the coupon was off full price idea. Once I left the parking garage I got service and I was correct. When I got home I ordered the top online. Now I need to go back and return the one I bought. Not happy!!!!"

"Bought a pair of jeans that should have been 50% off sale price. Once I got home, I realized the extra 50% was not applied. I called them right away and rather than then apologizing, they just told me to come back in and they would refund the difference. I did as they asked several hours later, the same clerks were working and never bothered to apologize to me. In fact, as I was leaving I said I was sorry they had to go through the hassle as it seemed to be troublesome to fix it. I was giving them an opportunity to apologize, yet the woman said to me “oh, it’s ok, these things happen” as if it was my fault. I love White House Black Market but this left a sour taste with me as none of it was my fault to begin with. "
"I had my eye on a gorgeous pair of kitten heeled black booties. These are a hard to find style, so when WHBM put them on sale, I had to order mine. They arrived within a few days and are even lovelier in person. They look amazing, the fit is perfect, and I can’t wait to wear them over the holidays! "
"Found a nice dress for a present and as it was the Monday before Thanksgiving knew there would be a little delay. It wasn’t shipped for over a week, and then it must have come by covered wagon because it was extremely slow. The communications, regarding shipping, was very substandard. I will need to reconsider if I want to order from WHBM online again."

"I came across a sleeveless floral print halter style blouse that buttons behind the neck. The print blouse is 100% polyester, has a slight sheen to it, with elastic about 5" up from the hem. I didn't know what was meant by Shadow stripes. They are super thin lines running vertically and add a little class to the print. As I'm one who is always cold I hesitated in buying it but then came across a 3/4 sleeve shrug sweater. (That in itself is hard to find.) I was expecting the shrug to be lightweight and was pleasantly surprised it's of heavier material which is perfect for me. I ordered both and am really pleased with both items. "
